Taking action towards my career
Bootcamp #2: Taking action towards my career comeback journey. This CCH community has a lot of positive energy and a set process, which is helping me to take action and making things easy with the prompts to execute on the steps which i was scared to take/ procastinating from long time. Thank you Satyam for all your efforts.
CCH- my mind block remover and cheer giver
The Bootcamp is an amazing experience and is clearing the blocks in my mind towards the career comeback journey. Though exercises of Day 2 was mind blowing I couldn't find proper job descriptions from job portals based on the chat gpt suggestions. I have to work again on the analysis sheets, get help from Satyam and move forward.
The CCH as a whole and the bootcamp especially gives the momentum to work towards the career comeback goal.
I don't think there is any better…
I don't think there is any better platform for a career comeback than CCH.
action orientated session, use of AI
action orientated session, learned the smarter way to use chatgtp for resume building and job searching, the prompts were very helpful.
Amazing momentum generated in just 3 hours!
Very structured and easy to follow system towards streamlining the job search process. Great exercises and tips shared to gain that advantage. Lot of momentum generated during the live sessions especially bootcamp.
Clarity & Direction100 percent
Clarity & Direction
Many say they gained clarity on what to do next in career re-entry — what roles or industries could suit them given their skills.
2. Confidence & Mindset Change
After the program, people say they feel more confident, believe in themselves more, have motivation to move forward. Breaking out of self-doubt and procrastination is a recurring theme.
3. Practical Tools & Resources
Resume / LinkedIn improvement.
Assignments, action tasks, worksheets etc.
Community support: being around others in similar situations, feeling understood & supported.
4. Accountability & Progress
Because of structured tasks, feedback sessions, weekly or daily check-ins or goal-setting, people feel that they are making real progress rather than just learning passively.
5. Result Outcomes
Some report being job-ready, applying for roles; or feeling equipped with enough improved materials (resumes etc.).

Some limitations / things to consider
No program is perfect; here are some caveats people mention, or potential things to check:
Fast pace / intensive: The 3-day format is intense; for some people, keeping up with all assignments and changes in mindset in a short span can be overwhelming. If someone has many responsibilities, time constraints (kids, family), this could be challenging. (Though many reviews say it's “worth it”, but the intensity is something to mentally prepare for.)
Post-bootcamp follow-through: Getting clarity and tools is good; actually maintaining momentum afterwards depends on one’s own discipline, continued support, and applying what’s learned. The program lays foundations, but outcomes also depend heavily on participant’s effort. (This is common in coaching/bootcamp models.) – some reviews hint that community helps here.
Relevance of content to individual contexts: Because people have different backgrounds, experiences, lengths of gap, and industries, not all advice may be directly usable for everyone. One may need to adapt. Reviews suggest that sessions are somewhat personalized, but still some part of general advice.
Cost / access: I didn’t find many negative reviews about cost, but as with any coaching program, cost vs return is something to check. Also scheduling/time zones, availability of mentor feedback etc., might vary. (This is more me inferring than what people explicitly say.)
Awesome course with mindful exercises
It s a great course which includes all aspects like mindset, planning, upskilling, execution , resume writing, linkedin profile optimization. Course defines a system to follow to reach our goal.Awesome
No nonsense, amazing Satyam
I feel finally I have a direction in my life. There were lot of tools that Satyam taught and we implemented it live with him. I feel i have a great head start in my job search now. When you do things live along with a coach, it becomes easier. He really follows a no nonsense approach. There was no time waste in the entire duration, unlike the other bootcamps i have attended, every minute was productive. It was completely practical and we were involved and implementing everything. It's a must attend for anyone with or even without a career break if you are looking to switch.
No Nonsense Approach
The process is action orientated and well thought off. One can submit oneself to the process and get the results right away. Satyam makes sure we follow every step, however small they may be, and this makes all the difference.
Right mindset and great clarity

Feel very motivated where it gives the detailed analysis of where to start , right from the upskilling the courses, modifying the resume and LinkedIn with the right content .Feeling very much encouraged for all the wonderful approach curated by Satyam for career comeback women.

The bootcamp activities are very helpful to complete immediately. Since we are doing as a group, it is easier for me to shed my inhibitions and do the work without fear of judgement. Being in this cohort program also has opened new avenues for me to interact and learn from my fellow warriors. I am happy that I identified this program at the right time.

It was a useful session where I learned a lot of things like how to create Resume and LinkedIn profile with the help of ChatGPT and few other tools.
