I paid £.01 for a ringtone then..
I paid £.01 for a ringtone, only to scroll down and see the small print stating that I’m signing up to £22 per month thereafter.
This is a misleading con. Not only do I not have access to that ringtone now i also cannot cancel the subscription.
It’s appalling misleading and a complete fraud.
When I wrote to complain the response said it would be 24hours. That was on 15th Jan, they responded on 28th Jan.
Horrendous.
