Do not use. So far they have managed to screw up my rent renewal at least three time, have over charged me several times and the communication on getting anything done has been abysmal.
I've been referred to someone who is "more senior" who appears to be failing at mediocrity spectacularly. In fact if we reach mediocrity it would be a drastic improvement.
I have to constantly chase to get the simplest thing done with the usual platitudes following. The item then typically just disappears into some vacuous empty black hole, until I drag it kicking and screaming back into the light less its never seen again.
The Woking area branch's appears to especially have this problem, maybe its something in the water or some astrological event that is causing the level of service to royally suck.......... who knows?
Do yourselves a favour do NOT use them, avoid like the plague and save yourself the headache.

When we have correspondence with them, they ignore our emails and then complain we haven’t messaged them.
They don’t actually read your email fully either, as they often miss out crucial information
When they initially did an inventory they showed the place as faultless, took me several hours to correct all their mistakes.
So many issues that they conveniently left out.
When they book viewings they don’t even give us 24 hours notice.
When we originally looked around the property before we started renting, the agent was visibly bored and at times was a bit rude.
Avoid if you can, they show consistently that they simply do not care.
Awful experience from start to finish. Manager Louise was horrendous, very unprofessional, abrupt and down right rude. Would never deal with this agent again. AVOID!

Leaders Letting & Estate agents have good brand image and marketing, coupled with workable prices; hence why I chose them. Their showrooms are pleasant and the sales members in their Lettings teams downstairs are friendly, so you get attracted easily - but this is where it ends. I paid to have my flat fully managed for 8 months. They said they'd have a tenant in within a week and it took 5 weeks. Hidden costs were everywhere which was frustrating! My tenant called about every small problem and Leaders consistently got tradesman who charged outrageous prices and their handy work was terrible. On one occasion, Heather the letting agent said yes to a tradesman conducting £389 worth of work in my flat without my approval or me even seeing an invoice! I refused, Leaders accepted the mistake eventually and covered the cost themselves. I regularly had to chase emails as my assigned letting agent (Heather) never got back to me. I was never able to reach her on the telephone either. On checkout, the Leaders checkout guy was really nice and helpful and spotted all the problems which he put into his report for billing. However, Heather the letting agent ignored it all and offered a disgusting low amount of money to cover it all, ignoring so many faults for no reason; thus I took it to arbitration. This process was meant to take 4 weeks but instead took 17 weeks and over 20 emails from me to chase as Leaders can't manage anything if they tried. Overall, utterly shocking and you must stay away - Pay a little extra and go to a decent Letting Agent.

We have been renting with them for over 5 years, and only had good experiences so far. Always polite, prompt to respond, and strive to solve any issues we might have. Would recommend to anyone. They represent us as the renter the same way as they represent the landlord. Extremely satisfied.
Communication between tenants and Leaders are terrible. Only sending mass emails and callings even though we have clearly state our comm preferences. Issues with maintenance also takes a long time to settle.
Very bad experience renting with them. I recommend smaller companies that actually care about renters.

One of the worst estate agents in Woking for sure, scammers!
They let me a property without releasing full information about the flat. They Whitheld the information that the heating is old storage heating that is not working properly, nor they knew or advise me how its working, basically during winter month it was below 15 degrees in the flat and they kept repeating themself that is fine all is working. They send engineer who done absolutely nothing didn't even checked the heater nothing, just kept arguing with me that it is what it is and basically i need to deal with it as landlord not the agents not going to do anything about it. Add to this all, the draft that was coming through windows and front door was unmanageable, this property should not be let to a human being! They don't know what customer service is, nor they have a common sense or decency to support tenants.
Run away from them as they just take your money and do absolutely nothing afterwards.

Leaders have always been fairly good when things need instant resolution, tbh. I’ve never had any issues with them, their speed of response or willingness to help in the 3.5 years in the flat.
My only issues have been with the guys doing the work: I had an electrician take several attempts to understand an electrical problem that seemed completely self-evident to me, and another did a shoddy install of a power shower, and another guy who came to fix the cooker hood broke a storage jar (albeit he offered to pay for it, but by then I just wanted him out of the flat). So if I had a complaint it would be that they need to check the quality of work their maintenance people do for their clients.
It might be good to get a little more status reportage for things the landlord is needing to consider but I understand Leaders are waiting for the landlord to make a decision a lot of the time. Plus we all get too much bloody email anyway so it’s not always helpful to get more of it.
Generally pretty good. 👍🏽

Leaders at Woking were extremely good when I called them about my oven breakdown. Austyn liaised with the landlord and organised the repair in record time so now I can get back to baking my cakes again.

Heather Brown was my Property Manager. The start of my tenancy was not good as the home was filthy and there was much that needed to be repaired. However, Heather worked with me tirelessly and we managed to get all necessary sorted. The property was a lovely little home.
