We would NOT recommend Leaders.
We have been with them for several years. Over this time we have had more than 14 property managers, many with no local knowledge or very little experience of property management.
Over the years they have consistently made small errors, but recently they have made two major mistakes.
One - they sent us someone else's tax return information.
Two - they failed to implement last year's rent increase as they had not administered the process correctly.
We wished to terminate the contract but apparently are tied with them until the current tenant leaves.

Amazing people with great work ethic! Really made our move so so easy and really eased our nerves by always being at the other end of the phone when we needed them! Thank you so much for our welcome box and making our move so smooth! Rebecca and Stephanie are absolute diamonds and would recommend using leaders 10 times out of 10! Thank you so much

I have been using Leaders letting agents in Leatherhead for many years now. My ‘go to’ person is Rebecca (Becky) Cattell, she is very professional and at the same time very down to earth, very helpful, reliable and efficient. Staff members change, but she is the one constant and without her vast knowledge and input I would be lost. She keeps me up to date via email and telephone on a regular basis, answering any questions I have very quickly. I would HIGHLY recommend Becky at the Leatherhead Leaders office, she is 100% my go to person.

there is a lady called rebecca at leaders leatherhead ,she is the one you want to deal with,she is very good ,knows the market and local area , rebecca and vicky always sort my problems out and i can trust her to find me the perfect tenant, if it was not for her i would of moved my portfolio of properties to another letting agency.rebecca is fantastic and i would not use anyone else

I telephoned Leaders Leatherhead today and spoke to Rebecca as I needed some old correspondence from them, my experience with Rebecca was professional and ultra efficient and she sent the information immediately she was faultless in her attitude and professional I cannot fault her in any way and have no quarms about recommending her as she is excellent

This is now the third time I have used Leaders in Leatherhead to market my property let. They are very helpful and professional and they know the market. The staff are very helpful but a special thank you to Rebecca who is exceptionally knowledgeable and who has over looked the whole process for me. What makes me fill confident is that she always knows where we are in the process and she is in regularly in contact with me to keep me up dated.
I will certainly be continuing to recommend them to family and friends.
