I can’t recommend Hannah from the Holbeach Branch and Yvonne. Both were very professional and informative all the way through. They kept me more informed from start to finish. Best estate agent.

I found Davey Pearson of Leaders Holbeach a great help with the valuation of my late father’s house. Davey has a wide knowledge of the current housing market both locally and further afield. He thoroughly investigated the property and grounds and gave appropriate advice. I was offered various scenarios on a way forward to sell and have now decided on a course of action which I am confident is the right one. Davey knows a lot about his chosen profession.

Holbeach office provided a friendly and professional service particularly Michael and Hannah who kept me informed and updated at all times of the sale.
It was a pleasure to deal with them.

We initially got great advice from Davey. Hannah took over and was very professional, patient and positive throughout and we have to say YVONNE is wonderful!! in the way that she very promptly kept up the comms between Solicitors, most efficient and uses all of her considerable experience.

We chose Leaders as they valued the house previously. They were very efficient in what they did and got it ready to put on the market quick. The downside was there legal people they took 4 weeks to get things sorted and it took me and Emma at leaders to get them moving this was stressful part of the whole process but overall Leaders was very good

We sold our house through the Holbeach office. Delicia and Georgina provided a fantastic service. They were polite and never pushy when arranging viewings. If they didn't know the answer to a question they'd find out and always ring us back. They offered a very friendly and professional service. Kelsee our Sales Progressor was brilliant and kept us informed every step of the way. Buying and selling can be very stressful, Hill and Clark helped make the journey a more manageable experience. After the lovely responses and calls I was initially getting from Delicia after making my offer and agreeing to the sale, through to the sales progression team (Kelsee in very much particular) who I can only describe as being the no.1 reason if I was to sell in this area I would use Leaders, the regular information, the speedy replies and the clearly going the extra mile to help the sale along helped guide me through the dark arts of property sales.

Sadly my own estate agent were useless, and the person to save the day every time was Kelsee, all the chasing, all the truths were coming from Hill and Clark (now Leaders) and not the people who charged me a large chunk of change for their services.

A big well done to the team for putting up with me as a customer you are well worth a 6 ✨️ review if I could.
