Leader is great agency
The one I know.and if something
Fault if we report they will be sort out.
Thats why I chose the Leader.

Leaders at Letting Landlords down.
Whilst having properties 'managed' by Leaders I had nothing but problems and if they weren't caused by Leaders...they definitely made them worse.
Staff were very rude, particularly the manager Kelly Jefferies.
Rents were rarely forwarded in time or without chasing.
Inspections were rarely done and if they were they were rushed.
If a property was empty, potential tenants were told they were under offer and therefore were left empty for months.
I wouldn't recommend them for anything. In fact I would highly recommend avoiding them.

I visited their office, there was no one in. Even after I shouted "hello!".

Even though selling a property can be stressful. Communication was key to the whole process.
I was extremely happy with.my agent Andrew Scoffing and his team,my solicitor Shveta Sharma and her team and lastly Sue Carter my home Mover . Thank you all so much for making my selling journey easy and straightforward and stress free. Julie

We've had a fantastic experience renting through leaders the past two years. Our property manager, Larissa Hall is always responsive, professional and ensures that all concerns and maintenance needs are addressed and handled promptly. We could'nt be more satistied with the service and do highyly recommend them to any prospective tenant.

Leaders really are more than exceptional and go above and beyond for every single customer. Both myself and my partner had struggled to find a property despite having applied for almost two hundred in the space of six months and trying to find a home for ourselves was becoming more than a stressful process. I decided to apply for a few properties with leaders within that time but unfortunately due to me owning cats, most landlords weren’t very excepting, however as I’d had a few phone call interactions with the staff, they decided to call me up themselves to inform me of a property that seemed perfect for me and my partner and also allowed pets. The staff member in question, Amy, managed to fit us in a viewing no more than 3 days later and within 2 weeks Leaders had managed to have us moved in. This process was so quick since the staff are so incredibly dedicated to each and every tenant and ensuring the moving process is swift and easy. Throughout the process with leaders I dealt with staff members Amy and Chelsea, and I can’t point out a single fault in the work ethic of either one of them. Both did a phenomenal job with my moving process and ensuring from the point of arranging a viewing, all the way to checking in on us once we’d moved in, that they were supportive and helpful. I would 100% recommend Leaders to anyone and is most definitely the most efficient letting agency in terms of efficiency and dedication.

Grace Boulton has been so wonderful and helpful. She is very patient. Greatly appreciated working with her.

Everyone I spoke to and had dealings with in the organisation, from Zoltan, Andrew to Sue were all very helpful and extremely professional. I could not recommend them highly enough. Thank you for all of your hard work in getting the purchase over the finish line and making the tight deadline.

Leaders, Andrew, were great and very experienced, sold my property quickly.

I engaged with Leaders - Crewe branch to search for a house to rent. Grace Boulton assisted me with the search and helped finding the relevant property. She was responsive and efficient with her guidance and feedback. Grace was quick to understand my needs and provided the necessary solutions to any challenges that came up in securing the lease.

Dreadful customer service. Sales team member sounded very disinterested and gave out incorrect info.. Lettings team member even worse. Very intransigent. Refused to give details of fees, insisting that these could only be given in person during a physical visit despite the fact that they had been acting as letting agents and were also selling the property!
I deal with a number of estate agents and have not previously come across this lack of transparency. To be told that they do not publish figures could lead to a suspicion that they make up fees on a very ad hoc basis.

Overall we had a positive experience using leaders, there were a few hiccups along the way but Grace was great at sorting it out quick and getting back to us

I wouldn’t recommend this letting agency, we reported our fire alarms being broken in March 2024 in the property & we have now moved out of the property in July 2024 and they have still not been fixed/ no attempt to even get them fixed apart from false promises of “you will receive a call this week.” We chased this issue up numerous of times throughout the months and explained our concerns of having no working fire alarms. But nothing ever happened.

Grace has been very helpful with the moving in process

Moved in to an apartment with mold, no blinds etc amongst other faults.

On exit, Charlotte claimed almost 2x of the £700 deposit as a petty tactic so that negotiations will bring it closer but still above the £700 mark so we would have to forfeit the entire £700 anyway.

Chatlotte also did not mention the 90 day deadline to raise a dispute with TDS or else the money goes back to the Landlord (which it did eventually as they planned)

Lethargic response to repairs and petty negotiation tactics without fairness and justice from the team especially Charlotte left a bitter taste.

Grace was outstanding, polite, great communication, very efficient, nothing was to much trouble, Leaders are very lucky to have such a great lady in their team.
