Avoid this firm if at all possible
I am glad to be out of this company and in a new private agreement. These agents have caused a lot of problems from the beginning. Whilst it would be wrong not to give credit for them helping me find the property, it has been very difficult after that. The terms and conditions were difficult to follow. It was also very hard to get hold of property management for issues as a tenant. I was told by one of the staff members that I would have to pay for my own fire alarm when I disputed that there was one in the property. This is despite me pointing out it is a legal requirement for the property to be provided with one. In the end, I contacted the landlady myself (who gave me her details) and dealt with her directly for maintenance issues. The property manager called me 3-4 days later to ask about the issue! I am glad not to be dealing with this company anymore!

Leaders Cirencester - very professional and approachable
Having once worked in the industry some years back, I can appreciate how challenging the property sales/letting business can be. Specifically, with having to accommodate so many landlords personal and often specific requests. That being said, I can only commend the Leaders Cirencester branch. They treated me as an individual, they were professional in their interaction and knew their stuff. Very approachable and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to my friends in the future.
