I have been renting an apartment through this agency for over four years, and I can honestly say that I am very satisfied with their services. Helpful and understanding but need more support with mold on walls and a broken window in bedroom still needs to be fixed been over a year

I approached Leaders to conduct some rental valuations, the communication was great, schedules were put in place and executed seamlessly. Leaders were accommodating and sensitive and respectful to the needs of our tenants.

The Lettings department at Bognor Regis were very efficient, and extremely helpful. They were always polite and responded to emails quickly.

They offered me a stress free service 😞😞 found a tenant who they had to juggle her finances to get her through credit ratings then she obviously couldn’t afford to pay !!! Then I’m left with the stress of getting her out of my property with no help from them

Taylor was Excellent throughout my purchase. She went out of her way to accommodate viewings and check ins during a long and complicated purchase process. She always listened to questions and concerns and raised these to the appropriate stakeholder eloquently and timely.

Shawn at the bognor regies branch was excellent. Very professional.

Ignore this company. At least in Bognor Regis and Chichester down in Sussex.
They refund the deposit back whenever they want. No respect to the rules or their word.
Their customer care team has the same attitude as the property managers. Just empty words.
They can't get a "sorry" word out of their mouth.
They will fix your property only after they will hear the magic words "health and safety".
Please don't use their services.

The whole experience was awful. Staff were rude, argumentative and generally incompetent. We weren't notified about viewings, the left didn't know what the right was doing but this i mean one employee would tell you you've had 2 offers another would say none, they told us viewings went ahead when we could clearly see on ring doorbell footage that they hadn't. I didn't hear from them again after the initial part of the sale was accepted, I had to chase them regarding whet happens with keys etc on moving date. The list could go on and on!!

We managed to get a sale in the end but it has taken far too long. Very difficult to engage with Leaders as the personnel kept changing, or going on holiday/sick leave without telling me who had taken over responsibility for the sale. Ideally I'd have been kept in the loop.

I have been using Leaders service from couple of years now. Always been very happy with them. So supportive and always replaying on time and finding the best solution for any problems.
The best customer service ever.
