Very great experience from the start! Helped me find the perfect place and the process was very smooth! They are very efficient and friendly with communication.

These criminals illegally trespassed on my property and bolted one of their signs to my door, causing damage and stealing potential business for 3 months. If you want to have a dishonest, law breaking, agency represent you, look no further!

Be prepared to chase for your deposit back, looking at the reviews this is a common trend.

it is not difficult to pay people what they are owed very disappointing and unprofessional if i don't receive my money I am raising a complaint and moving to dispute this with TDS.

Had a great experience renting with Leaders Belper. Madison was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She was always at the other end of the phone to answer any questions.

I rent a property from leaders and to be honest the start didn’t go very well as there was jobs in the house that was promised would be done but wasn’t. Since Leah Bostock has taken over as property manager she has been so amazing and organised everything to be done. Me and my girlies can now enjoy our beautiful home. Thank you so so much!!! You are awesome!!!!

Been diabolical from the minute my tenant didn't pay his 2nd month!!!
I had to ring them to find out why my rent hadn't been paid to me, to which I was told we have a procedure in which we go by... SURELY I should be the FIRST person you notify the DATE you haven't received their payment not leave it till 3 days later when I HAVE TO RING THEM to find out I wasn't getting paid anything.
MY TENANT hasn't paid his RENT for 5 MONTHS, I was told that even though I pay roughly £90 in charges that I wasn't paying for a FULLY MANAGED SERVICE 😳 WOW. I needed to pay an extra 3% for a fully managed service.
They then told me I had to wait 2 months before they could write to the tenant regarding arrears! Fair enough, but I then asked for an inspection to be done in which they cocked up numerous times. The 2nd time being the lady who was supposed to do it DIDNT HAVE TIME, EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS A NOTE ON THE RECORDS TO ENSURE IT MUST BE DONE!!! WOW again.
Then they got the end of tenancy date wrong, after everything.
So not only has my tenant been living in my property and not paid for 5 months they have let him stay an EXTRA 6 days in the property because some stupid person who can't do their job has input the wrong date!
You couldn't write it! HONESTLY STAY CLEAR!!!

I've never had any contact with leaders until recently but I can honestly say I'm more than happy very impressed with there service. They have been in regular contact with myself have kept me updated with my move. They truly do go above and beyond. Carnt thank them enough.. highly recommended.

She found the ideal house in the area that we were looking for, after we told her this is what we needed. We could not view, but she arranged for a very detailed video walk through telling us everything about the property in detail. From the video alone and what Millie told us, we were more than happy to progess. Millie went beyond being just someone who helped with finding the right property, we had a lot of questions to ask about the other process such as utilites, insurances and internet and everyone was answered. We have used specialist location companies in the past, and from what I can say Millie can teach them alot on how to assist someone moving to a new company.

My stepson has been renting a house through Leaders for the last 4 months.
Jobs that were promised before he moved in were not done and still not been done. Reports on landlords repairs have been submitted with promises of action but no action. Leaders have been very slapdash in not resounding to our emails and overall, their level of service has been very poor. I speak as a retired property professional

From the day we made the call to book for the viewing the staff were very nice and receptive. Millie was very helpful during the onboarding process she will response to all are numerous mails to her making sure we have all the information we needed. This was my first time moving out from my family home, I was absolutely dreading the process of moving as i’d never done it before and i’ve found a lot of estate agents to not be very responsive, or just unorganised in general! but leaders have definitely changed my opinion and made the whole process 10 times easier.
