Unhelpful uncaring customer service
They wouldn’t resend the confirmation email after I told them I’d made a typo and never received it. Because of that, I had no chance to catch the mistake. When the item finally arrived, it was in the wrong language. I asked to return it and receive the correct one, but they refused—insisting that I should pay to send it back and that a refund was my only option. Incredibly unhelpful and disappointing service.
