We’d like to clarify the situation for accuracy.
The $600 payment was for the reinstatement of a previously closed Wyoming company, which included state late fees, registered agent fees, and government filing costs. Once the process started, these fees were paid to the state and are non-refundable.
Wyoming reinstatements are processed by post, not online, which can cause delays outside of our control. The service was initiated and in progress when the refund was requested.
We always act in line with government procedures and clearly explain costs and timelines to our clients.

Fast Company Formation, but Overpriced and Lacking Proper Service
I used Launchese to create my UK company, and while the incorporation process was quick and smooth, their service quality and reliability are seriously lacking.
For two years, I have been chasing them to provide my VAT number, and their only response is that they are still "waiting on the UK government." Meanwhile, other providers manage to get this done in a fraction of the time.
Additionally, their pricing is exorbitant. They try to charge for everything—Confirmation Statement, phone number, Stripe setup—you name it, they want to bill you for it. While they do create the company, their expertise is questionable, and they seem more interested in upselling services rather than actually helping their clients properly.
If you're looking for just a quick company setup, they’ll do the job. But if you need real support and expertise, look elsewhere.

VAT registration in the UK follows strict government regulations, including a requirement that businesses must be actively trading and meet the £90,000 turnover threshold within the last 12 months. If another provider claims to have bypassed these requirements, we would strongly advise you to verify their legitimacy.
Pricing & Services – You purchased our basic package, which includes company formation only. Additional services, such as Confirmation Statements, phone numbers, and Stripe setup, are not free because they require administrative work and third-party costs. We are fully transparent about these fees from the start—nothing is hidden or forced upon our clients.
Support & Expertise – We delivered exactly what you paid for. If you needed additional support beyond company formation, we have always been available to assist you—at the standard rates clearly stated on our website. Expecting premium services for free is unrealistic, and our pricing is in line with industry standards.
We encourage you to explore other providers if you believe they can offer VAT registration under different circumstances. However, we stand by our professionalism, transparency, and compliance with UK regulations.

Avoid Launchese at All Costs – Unprofessional and Costly!
Our experience with Launchese has been nothing short of a nightmare. They handled our company’s payslips without even registering us with HMRC, which is a serious violation of tax regulations. This level of incompetence caused a cascade of issues, including incorrect tax filings, which led to us being overcharged by HMRC. It took a significant amount of time before HMRC refunded us the excess payments.
Their bookkeeping is also a complete disaster. They consistently mixed up bills with invoices, and even managed to mix currencies—combining USD with GBP in the most careless manner. These are basic mistakes that no professional service should be making.
For a company that charges premium fees, their services are far below any acceptable standard. They operate with blatant non-compliance and have caused us unnecessary headaches and financial strain.
If you value your time, money, and business, do not trust Launchese with your accounting needs. It’s simply not worth the stress and extra costs they’ll create for you!

You’re currently on payroll as an individual and eligible for a tax-free allowance of £12,570, as per HMRC guidelines. For non-UK residents, this allowance often covers any UK income, which is reconciled through a tax return.
When we initially asked if you wanted to register for payroll (especially if you planned to add more people), you chose not to, so we didn’t proceed with the registration for a P60 and P32.
Regarding bills, we’ve processed and reviewed them carefully, especially given your multi-currency transactions. We’ve conducted several soft reviews to ensure everything reported to HMRC was correct, based on the information you shared with us.
Our service fee is competitive, and we’ve frequently gone beyond regular working hours to accommodate your needs.
Lastly, we provided accurate information at the time of your transactions. Receiving feedback after six months is unfortunate, but any concerns could have been raised earlier. We’re happy to work with your current accountant to address any issues.

Don’t trust them! Scammers
They want you to pay recurring fee for a one time service. I asked before what the recurring fee is for, and what will happen if I don’t subscribe. They failed to answer, I followed up and they said I would lose access to their website. I’m like okay whatever, I don’t even use their website, as it’s always has problems anyway. So after I signed up, I realized there was no way for me to cancel my subscription independently. I reached out to them no one answered, I reached out again, they said they will cancel, then boom three charges attempt, I told them to cancel I kid you not about 7 times I told them to cancel, and up to this day I still getting charged I had to change my bank card!
