Recently joined and was supposed to of received 100% bonus plus 30 spins on first deposit. Deposited £200 and received no bonus, emailed and chatted online to an ignorant woman called Jessica and was told I didn’t qualify even though it was advertised as a promotion. After reading these comments I am reporting them to trading standards and the gambling ombudsman as this is classed as fraud and obtaining monies by deception.

Fast payment for large win
In the interests of balance to some of the below I wanted to share my experience. Had a sizeable win of several thousand pounds, and was then asked for a couple of verification documents. Based on these reviews I was extremely worried that it would take weeks, or may not even come... I woke up this morning to find the money in my bank account. An extremely positive experience and one that I'm very grateful for.

Waiting for a withdrawal taken over a week and still not been processed, had several chats on the website and got no where, I was firstly told it would be processed the following day, still nothing then I was told they had a system error and it will be processed, 2 more days later I’m told again it’s being processed today, still nothing I’m then told the finance team had left for the day and will be done tomorrow, surprise surprise still nothing!
The agents handling the chat are so rude, they just end the chat once they tell you the wrong information, I have emailed several times to complain, and still heard nothing back!
Genuinely shocking, I have all screen shots of the conversation and will publish them if I don’t hear anything
You should be ashamed
Awful casino
Awful casino. Used a promotion that had been emailed to me saying if I deposited £10 I would get 30 free spins on book of dead, 75 free spins on moon princess and a deposit match. I got the 75 free spins, but nothing else. Customer service were rude and kept saying I received the bonus accordingly, but can't say how. Stay away if you want bonus funds to play with.
I have just fallen foul of a law that…
I have just fallen foul of a law that tells me that im taking advantage of a Live Roullete game. They have withheld £1200 saying that im taking advantage and that i cannot bet over 24 of 37 numbers, how can i take advantage of a live roulette table, the odds are with the house, what is the point in playing roulette if i dont have some king of strategy to win, if i dont do that, i would be as well as flushing the money away, i will be complaining about this to the gambling commission, its a complete scam to keep my winnings, i have never heard of this from any other casino, they should not get away with this and im determined to make sure they dont. If Las Vegas Casino are so adamant on there rules, they should be refunding bets that do not align with there rules, I’m sure all of you who have fallen foul of there 24 number rule did not get paid back money when you lost your bets. Only if you win they decide you cannot be paid. One more thing, if I play red and even on the outside bets which potentially covers 27 balls which is above the 24, sure black and odd accumulates to another 27 balls out of 37 so we’re is The Las Vegas answer to this question? They will be found out and I’m sure many thousand will be able to claim against them from profiteering using non uk gaming laws.
Absolute scam
Absolute scam. No casinos restrict the amount of numbers you can choose. I repeat no casinos restrict the numbers that you are allowed to choose. Only those that are associated with Las Vegas Casinos and fall under their Umbrella.
You can not gain an advantage on a game which is totally automatic, anyone who has played this game will tell you that.
By choosing more numbers, you are staking more and will have a higher chance of losing and not gaining an advantage, so their assertion is pathetic to say the least.
Furthermore, if they state that you are not allowed to choose more that 24+ numbers then I would like to ask why does the game allow the player to choose more than 24+ numbers when they know fully well that they won’t pay out. This is where the con and fraud kicks in.
A customer should not be allowed to choose more than 24+ numbers and the game should restrict this. Do they do that, no they don’t. Hence a con, hence a scam, hence a fraud. The average customer knows that this rule is not standard practice hence the numerous complaints. They fail to accept that and continue to allow customers to choose as much numbers they want, knowing they won’t pay them out. Totally an illegal practice. I would like to see them respond to me with the following:
1) why allow a customer to pick more than 24 numbers when you know you then won’t pay out?
2) this 24+ number rule is not standard practice, name me any reputable casinos who have similar illegal terms and condition?
I look forward to your response.

Positive feedback
Far more positive feedback to report compared with some of the earlier comments I’ve spotted. For a start, the payments process is pretty speedy. I think there were some teething problems at the start, given that the company is growing fast - it seems to be on a more solid footing now. What’s more, if you play fair, the company plays fair. It stands to reason that if an individual’s game play is in breach of the terms and conditions, then those winnings are forfeited. Some other comments seem unfair as they misunderstand the system - the rules are set by the maker of the games, with the same games appearing on numerous casino sites. Nor do I understand the comments about the company’s credibility as it is legit. No need to take their word for it. On checking, you’ll find it's a fully licensed online casino as approved by the UK Gambling Commission, the UK regulator. Sure, we all want to win but let's try and be fair about it. Next time, you might be the lucky one!

I'm still waiting for my withdrawal to come through, pending still over a week now, I think something fishy going on it's a scam 😠

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY - TOTAL SCAM
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. THIS IS BIG SCAM.
Las Vegas Casino has seized my winning of £5,937.40. They have sent me following e-mail when I requested to withdrawal from my account:
Dear Mr. Patel,
We are writing regarding your recent withdrawal request placed at Las Vegas Casino.
We wish to thank you for your patience while we reviewed the documents provided and account information.
After finalising this review, it was concluded that your game play is in breach of the Terms and Conditions agreed upon registration.
We note that your play strategy was systematically applied in a pattern meant to create an unfair advantage and such, obtain winnings that are not legitimate and such, any outcome resulting from accessing our services is being considered as null, and any profits voided.
We concluded that the below-mentioned terms in the casino’s Clause of Use were breached:
C. Subordination to the Terms and Conditions and the Binding Effect Thereof
1. By using the Site, registering at the Site, or by participating in one of the Services, You agree to be bound by and to act in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, as they may be updated from time to time, without any reservation.
E. Account Registration
8. You further represent, warrant, acknowledge and undertake that (a) You will not use Your Account, and will not allow any third party to use Your Account, for any Prohibited Actions and/or perform any Irregular Playing Patterns, (b) in case You will perform any Prohibited Action the Company shall be entitled to disclose any and all of Your details and information to the relevant authorities, and to suspend Your Account (including freezing all funds deposited within) and void all bonuses, winnings and bonus winnings in Your Account.
F. Prohibited Actions
1. Without derogating from any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, if the Company determines that You are engaging in or have engaged in Prohibited Actions and/or Irregular Playing Patterns, or have attempted to do so, then the Company shall be entitled to close Your Account, withhold, seize and confiscate all funds in Your Account (including, but not limited to, any deposits and winnings in Your Account).
2. "Prohibited Actions" shall mean illegal, unlawful, fraudulent, or other improper activities - including, but not limited to:
• abuse in order to gain advantage to the detriment of other Player(s) and/or Us;
3. "Irregular Playing Patterns" shall mean the following activities:
• building a balance and significantly changing play patterns;
• on roulette, in the following cases: (a) covering 24 or more of the 37 available numbers;
The above-described actions were applied throughout your gameplay and systematically built the winnings which were later on placed in a withdrawal request.
The Terms you agreed to in order to be able to use the casino services clearly state this type of gameplay is deemed as irregular and not permitted, and if applied, any winnings obtained will be revoked.
Please note that these actions to undermine the casino’s simple rules and trespass into a restricted realm constitutes a severe infringement of our Terms and Conditions and it is within the player’s sole responsibility to ensure that the services are accessed in good faith, not with an abusive play pattern.
Considering the seriousness of the issue described, we ascertain that we must abide by the above-mentioned terms and proceed accordingly in revoking your winnings and refunding your deposits.
Please note that this is the final determination of the company and that your account will remain permanently blocked due to the breach in Terms.
If you shall disagree, please refer to the company’s dispute procedure listed in our Terms:
O. Complaints and Disputes
THIS IS A BIG SCAM. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
I've contacted one of the solicitors to resolve this issue and I will receive my money back but I just wanted to share my review as not everyone is capable enough to fight with this type of situations.
GUYS, TRUST ME... THIS IS STRESSFUL, SO DON'T REGISTER WITH THEM.

Total scam
Hy, I think one star is too much for this so-called online casino, the worst experience I had, after a few withdrawals that were ok, I started to lose, everything is ok until now, the last 4 withdrawals were blocked, for the reason that I covered 24 roulette numbers and broke the casino rule, which I did not know about, no online casino in the UK uses this rule, it is a roulette game in which the casino does not have to set the rules, anyway the complaint to Adr it was in vain because they feel that they are all right, the only option is a lawyer specialized in gambling business, because these are abusive rules, no authorized casino can use these abusive rules

Las Vegas Casino withdrawal frustrations
Las Vegas Casino have some interesting bonus offers and generally a good selection of games. The only downside is their withdrawals often take upwards of 3 business days to process. The money does eventually arrive, but this for me is way too long.

In relation to my 1st review regarding…
In relation to my 1st review regarding Las Vegas Casino. I can see they have started to respond to a number of negative reviews regarding their delayed withdrawal process and also confiscating winnings by falling foul of a T&C where if you cover 24 or more balls in one roulette spin, you are deemed to gain an unfair advantage and playing a illegitimate strategy. I have since progressed my claim to an ADR agency where Las Vegas had to provide proof of this. Outcome was, I played 71 spins where 6 times (or 8%) i fell foul of their T&C where I placed bets on 24 or more balls. Out of these 6 spins, I accumulated a net loss of £540 which disproved their argument I built up my winnings using an illegitimate strategy.
It was just pure fluke but because I managed to get my total above £3k....they closed my account down immediately.
With so many other people now placing negative reviews, they are now pretending to reach out in responding to the reviews. I was asked to send over all my details so they could review my case. It has been 9 days since I sent my proof over and guess what.....I have heard absolutely nothing!
Unfortunately, I have fallen foul of this website - I just my message reaches our people and provides enough information for you to go elsewhere.
Please visit Casino Guru as you will see upon there. they have a very poor reputation and the guys there have backed my claim.
Lets see if they respond to this....I very much doubt it.

Great Platform but Withdrawal Speed Slowed Down
Great platform and withdrawals started off really quick and all of a sudden I find myself waiting and waiting. I have tried emailing Tracy as per other review replies suggest but the only thing I’m getting back is more and more advertising emails. Need my funds asap and still waiting …… So update: got my withdrawal after a Live Chat chase up but then 2 mins later got a email saying acc suspended with a list of possible reasons.

Hi, I’m new to site. Won £200 on roulette. No issue with withdrawal, got it in 24 hrs.

Refused to pay winnings
I feel numb reading previous reviews. I’ve just had my account closed and my winnings of £3600 confiscated for the exact reasons listed here on previous reviews: “covered more than 24 numbers of the possible 37 when playing roulette”. This is insane. How are they getting away with this? Anytime someone wins on roulette they claim we cheat by creating an unfair advantage? I can’t believe they’ve used the same reasoning to deny so many players their winnings. Like others, I’ve escalated my request to an ADR, but if this fails, I’ll report them to the Gambling Commission. They can’t get away with this. I urge you to do the same if you’ve had a similar experience.

If I could give them a zero I would
If I could give them a zero I would. I got a free $20 bonus. Well I was playing Wildfire 7 and I hit the jackpot for 1015. Well I look at the rules and it said I could only withdraw one hundred and fifty. Which sucks. So I was playing and all of the sudden I only had 115. So I decided I would cash it out only to find out I can't withdraw less then 150. So they made sure I couldn't have any of it.

Most unproductive site on the net the withdrawals take forever and trying to get in touch with a humans being is long.
It states that they typically reply in a few minutes but 2hours and 15 minutes later and I’m still waiting.
Very quick to rinse you of your money big spends very little return.
