DO NOT BUY... this a total scam company...
The goods arrived 8 weeks after order - and many email follow ups to cancel. They refused to cancel the order despite offering 3-5 days shipping at point of order.
They arrived in a POOR state... over powering glue smell and very very poorly made. Unwareable.

Total scam!!!
Charged me twice in Feb. and never received the item.
Do NOT order anything from this scam company !!!

I put an order in with larmossi, luckily I paid through PayPal. A number of weeks past, so I got in touch via email with them to ask about my order, with no reply! I put in a claim through PayPal, and then I received an email from larmossi asking if I wanted to order a different item instead, I asked for refund, there reply was it was out of stock and still only offered to exchange for another item. So, after this, I raised the claim higher with PayPal and received my money back within 10 minutes. Then I received another email from larmossi, saying I could have store credit🫣 stay away from this company at all costs.

BIG SCAM, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! do not buy from this website, big scam, dropshipping with really bad quality sold at high price. product don't match at all the pictures. And the WORST= they just don't reply, makes it impossible to return anything or get a refund.

Do not buy from this company as picture and description do not match product and they will not correct it. Ordered a LINEN OVERSIZED white shirt and received a elastane/ polyester Medium that doesn’t fit at all. Customer NO service would not help me get this corrected.

This is a scam. They didn't send the item and didn't refund my money!

This company is a total scam.
My shoes never turned up despite waving promised by email over a period of 3 months that they were on their way.
Then I was offered a store credit rather than a refund despite them advising me that they never had them in the depot from the beginning.
Stay clear of this store. I am still eating a refund from August 2025.

The worth site ever they send me a dress like garbage for 70 euro and when I will return it because it’s very bad material and I can’t use it they don’t answering my emails. They are totally a thief,

Please do not order from this company. I did not check them out first and just ordered from the instagram, following some blogger recommendations. Item was delivered but it was such poor quality that I wanted to return it. I’ve contacted them several times about the return but never heard back. Sadly, my credit card is refusing to accept my dispute.

This company deserves no stars, but I will report them. They are operating a fraudulent business. I reported them on Instagram. I ordered an item a month ago and haven't received it. Mary Anderson replies but hasn't responded. Recently, they asked for my passport or ID number to clear my items through customs. This is the first time a company has asked for this information for an international order. They don't provide any information about the order after receiving payment. I think I've been scammed.

LARMOSSI deserves less than 1 star. I cannot return goods and I did not recieve another order at all. For the last, I still cannot get my money back, just een refund store balance, i don't want that, they cannot be trust!!!!!! So my advice to you: don't buy by LARMOSSI, they are great scammers!!!!!!

The quality is horrible. The dress didn’t look anything like the pictures on the website. The dress was on sale so it could not be returned.

SCAM!!! I ordered an item that didn’t even exist, so I never got it. Got an answer on email, that they would give me store credit. When I asked for my money back, they stopped answering. So my money is gone, and that hurts, not only my wallet but also my ego. I am happy to remove this grade if I get my money back though.

FRAUDULENT SITE !!! BE AWARE. I ordered on 14 of June a dress. Until now they didn't even provide me with the tracking number. After several emails of asking my tracking number their answer was "Hello dear! Your product never arrived at our factory. We are very sorry.
Maybe you liked another products for this amount? We could solve this problem with you" AWAY FROM THIS SITE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company does not deserve any stars but I have to report them. They are decieving and false trading. I tried to report them on Instagram. I ordered an item two months ago and it never arrived. This Mary Anderson replies but does not follow up. They said they would add credit to my account and then refund me and I have not received anything. I reported them to consumer protection. They should not be online.

Ordered a cardigan, it took 3 weeks to come, the quality was very poor with threads hanging everywhere, no labels so no washing instructions. I sent 3 emails and only got a reply on the 3rd one as I raised a dispute with my bank. They came back and told me I couldn’t return item as it wasn’t faulty. Don’t ever order anything from them.

Personally this company do not deserve one star but I had to press a star to access this review. No stars are appropriate, the company should be shut down but i dont know who should be respondible for this? Trustpilot maybe could do something? I ordered 2 pair of boots on the 17th Dec 24. I

rubbish, unprofessional and hasnt a clue or understanding of my emails. To cut a very long story short after yet another email i sent the company I received an email back from Mary that i should of received the boots as the delivery company said they had delivered them! This "company" are commiting fraud.... no items received no refunds given surely this is fraud? and deceitful so are the delivery company whoever they are!
The company should not be trading! The company is not trading legally what can be done about this? From the reviews I have just read many people feel the way I do.

Ordered two items. Should have checked the reviews first! My Bad!

1. It took three weeks for the items to arrive.
2. Appalling quality. Cheap fabric and poor sewing. Nothing like the website photographs. If I had physically seen these items in a shop would not have paid £1 for either of them!
3. The sizes that arrived were incorrect. Ordered medium and both were XS. None fit.
Cannot recommend this Company. Poor quality products and incorrect sizing.
