Lang Town & Country have been our managing agents for over 10 years. We have a full managed service which takes the hassle away from us completely. We have found them to be efficient, helpful, pro-active and good in their communication. my 1st-time home-buying process completed. From house viewing to sale completion, the team was amazing, professional, and communicated well.

I couldn't recommend the sales team enough. Even though Langtown were not our managing agent for our sale, they were for our purchase. However, I was treated with the same care and consideration throughout my journey. I had quite a stressful and difficult process—20 months of different challenges that I'm sure, without the support I received, I would have given up on.

During this time, Gemma and I built up such a great relationship that I felt like she was as committed as me to see this through. Unlike many other agents I have experienced, Gemma is professional, easy to talk to, and completely on it!

After this, I don't want to think about moving anytime again soon, but if I were, Gemma and the Langtown team would be the first people I would call. I'm sure Phil, James, Izzy, and Tracey are all relieved that I won't be calling the office again for a while, but my personal gratitude goes to the entire team for making me feel like a valued person, rather than just another transaction.

Christene is also amazing in what she does. She took the time to calmly and patiently teach and explain to me and my husband how to use different gadgets and appliances in our new home. She made sure we understood everything and never made us uncomfortable asking questions.

From meeting Paul at the initial introduction meeting to discuss how we would market the property i was looking to sell, His No Nonsense approach (as well as a recommendation from a family member) is what swayed me to use Lang Town & Country, Josh handled the sale and was very proactive and kept communication flowing which was very reassuring as we had a challenging chain.. but Josh and the team at Lang's ensured things kept moving.. Now the process is completed i would strongly recommend Paul and his team at Lang Town and Country (Plymstock Office) to sell your property..

Ollie, the sales manager looking after the sale of the house was consistently professional, responsive and knowledgeable about the property. As with most property transactions, this was a three to four month process, but there was never any reduction in commitment getting everyone over the line and I am truly delighted with Ollie and Lang in general in enabling us to move to a great part of the country in the next 10 days.

Very professional, personal service from everyone in the office. Holly was amazing having to deal with a very difficult move with a long chain. We could always speak to someone to get updates. If there wasn’t anyone available they would always call back. Would recommend to my friends.

We've just bought our first property which was listed with Lang Town & Country. From going in the first time to arrange a viewing to picking our keys up after completion its been easy and stress free. All the staff we've dealt with have been very helpful and friendly. The bottle of fizz and card given to us when we collected our keys was a lovely touch
