Great Experience

Im in Hawaii and Landian got an agent which I really didn't care for. So they got another one and she's been very good. She is doing everything a high priced agent does. And she got my home sold fast. Even though the market is slow.

Extremely disappointing experience!!

Extremely disappointing experience!!! The platform was difficult to use, and the agent was pushy and unprofessional, making the process feel more like harassment than help. I ultimately canceled my transaction, but still haven’t received a refund. The system feels broken and unreliable, and it is easily the worst real estate experience ever.

We're sorry to hear about your frustration. To provide context: this reviewer's account was flagged during our standard client verification process because a submitted document could not be validated. As a result, the transaction was canceled and a full refund of the $49 booking fee was issued promptly. We take verification seriously to protect both our customers and our agent partners.

We understand that being unable to proceed can be disappointing, but our verification process exists to ensure a safe and trustworthy experience for everyone on our platform. If there's anything further we can help with, we're always reachable at hello@landian.co.

DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

I scheduled a property viewing with this company, but the agent didn’t even show up.

At first, I was excited about using their service, but after thinking it over, I realized that it mainly benefits the seller by cutting costs, while I end up with an agent who might not be fully committed to representing my best interests. Why should I be saving the seller money when, in most cases, the seller pays the agent's commission? I want an agent who will work hard for me, not someone who's willing to cut corners for a lower fee, which could lead to a less favorable outcome for me.

I think the saying is this:

“If You Think It’s Expensive To Hire A Professional To Do The Job, Wait Until You Hire An Amateur.”

Thank you for sharing your perspective. We take all feedback seriously, and we've looked into this thoroughly. Unfortunately, we have no record of a "Dean Wheeler" in our system – no booking, no scheduled viewing, and no interaction with any of our agents. We've also been unable to verify this individual's identity through any public records or professional databases.

We've reported our concerns to Trustpilot, but respect their process. For anyone reading this, we encourage you to look at the full picture: our 850+ licensed agents across 64 states and provinces, our press coverage in TechCrunch and Yahoo Finance, and the substantial amounts we've helped homebuyers and sellers save. We're proud to stand behind our service and welcome any genuine customer to share their experience.
