It was my first contact with this brand. Great experience and beautiful unique pieces! I was only sad I couldn’t ask for a TAX FREE ticket, from all the places I bought in Madrid, only this one didnt have it.

Great quality and fast delivery

Fast deliver, unique designs, comfortable logistics! I had to do a couple of exchanges due to size issues and the return and receiving the new item was so easy and quick, I didn't mind it! Plus I love Laagam design and the quality is really good. One of my new fav clothign brands! Also, I had to call their store in Barcelona for a question re size, and they were super helpful and kind :)

Very nice, but fit was veryy tight, would recommend sizing up! Furthermore great experience. Returning is only free when you choose to rebuy in another size

The experience in the Madrid store was exquisite, the 2 ladies that work there where such a good help with suggestions on models and sizes, at the end of the visit I took with me 2 jackets from the lastest collection.

I ordered a pair of trousers in the exact size that I've previously ordered the same model in before. Unfortunately, their sizing has changed quite dramatically... I also ordered the trousers on sale and they are now back at full price. I'm being told by customer service that it is my responsibility to pay almost £20 to return these and then I must order another pair that is FULL PRICE NOW. I have been emailing customer service everyday this week and they keep telling me the same thing, "use the returns portal". There is no continuity over the emails, it's as if there is a new customer service agent dealing with my issue every day, except it isn't being dealt with.

I placed an order with Laagam for the first time on 8 March and contacted customer service on 13 March. As of today, 16 March, I have still not received any response nor my order.
I am currently abroad for a two‑week period (8 to 22 March) at the delivery address provided, which puts me at risk of not being present when — if — the order is delivered.
