I came in looking for a tool and the staff was really helpful and showed me the tool I was looking for was on sale and there was a deal when buying.

Always helpful and good prices.

I bought 2 impacts they only had 1 in stock had to pay for both on dec 20 they transfer the 1 from another store finally came in on jan 9 don't know why it takes so long but it did then i went in to store the same day they called to pick it up and it took over half a hr to fine it was not happy thinks should have went a lot better as when I went in there was only 2 or 3 people in the store that's why only 2 stars

The customer service is phenomenal! The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 is that the store, in one instance, did not have the advertised sale item in stock and in another instance, an applicator was required that the store did not have.

After viewing an online flyer and seeing the item I wanted I decided to go to the store to purchase the item when in Grande Prairie on the weekend. I saw an employee and asked where the end mill bits could be found. She was unfamiliar and referred me to a man who was also unfamiliar but he did absolutely everything he could to help, going beyond expectations. Very seldom do you get the kind of care and dedication that he gave, even admitting that he had learned numerous things by helping. he was formerly a manager of a Canadian Tire store. What a loss for them! I will search him out next visit.

I love these guys. My only gripe is that far too many other people love them too, and they have a hard time keeping stock as a result sometimes.

I had ordered a bandsaw online to be picked up at the grande prairie location. Probably about 10-15 minutes after I walked through the door, the paperwork was done and signed, with the bandsaw loaded into my truck with a forklift, and I was on my way. Everyone involved was pleasant and quite helpful. Can’t think of anywhere the service could be improved. The online folks kept me informed of the order status and when I could pick the saw up. Well done everyone.
