The members of the Kivells Team that dealt with the property sale were in constant contact regarding the sale and the progress that was being made. We were given plenty of information in a timely manner.

I have always found that dealing with Kivells Launceston branch is very easy and straightforward whether renting or selling a property . Always easy to contact and responsive to any request. Over the years there has been a number of staff involved but this has never been to the detriment of the service, which is always 5 star.

Right from our first contact with Kivells and our subsequent appointment/viewing, we were pleasantly impressed with the knowledge Nyah had of the property, professional, articulate and above all managed an excellent level of communication between all parties. We cannot recommend Kivells highly enough for there service.

Do not go with this agency.
Somebody from the Bude office came over to give a valuation. Unlike any other agent he did not have a list of like for like properties, or have any paperwork. He had a photo of one property that was completely dissimilar in his wallet but did not give me any paperwork or even his card.!
He asked me what price I wanted and said he would be in touch. I have never heard from him since. This is not only unprofessional but rude.

Delighted with Kivells in Liskeard, primarily dealt with Sam, Natalie and Nyah and they’ve been wonderful.
