Is this company even real?

Placed an order from this company back in August of over £500 with a 1-3 week delivery timeframe. I left a previous review in which they responded saying it would be with me this week. Yet to receive any correspondence saying this, even a phone call to apologise for everything.

I am convinced this is not a real business and it’s just someone who sits and replies to trustpilot reviews. Impossible to get hold of.

Total lack of customer service… very disappointing!

Ordered 20 items of kids football training kit as prizes for school teams (not personalised) and took nearly two weeks for delivery to arrive.
Total lack of respect and professionalism in not replying to my emails.
Then when I opened the box, all 20 items had just been thrown in with no care and attention. Some were just stuffed unfolded into the bags, some were not even in packaging. One item was damaged… and two items had no product tickets at all!
I’m not even going to waste my time trying to contact them as there will some pointless and false excuses given.

Now I see why so many constant poor reviews from this company.

**Avoid this company at all times.

May I suggest using Newitts.com who have 5 stars customer service and provide fast and efficient delivery and product in packaging.

Really disappointed

Really disappointed. Ordered training tops for an U8's team on 1st September. Confirmed on 5th September. 1-3 week quoted on the website. Still nothing. Tried calling. Sent emails, no reply. I'd cancel the order if I could get hold of them.

Update - Had a response to say they have a lead time of 8-9 weeks for printing. They will be sending the tops without the printing so I can source this elsewhere, and refund the cost of the printing. At least they are honoring this so I've updated two 2 stars from 1.

No update on training Kit.

Placed order for football team training kit 24th August. Signed documentation for logo to be set up 29th August. I have left messages and sent emails and no update. Payment taken. I have used previously and have always been pleased with service.

Placed an order back in the beginning…

Placed an order back in the beginning of August. Was advised 5-6 weeks delivery with personalisation. It has been 7 weeks now with no updates, I’ve tried emailing and calling and getting no response. Gutted as told the team they’d have their supplies by end of September.

Update : they understandably had a back log, communicated with me eventually by email and received the kit today, all looking great 👌🏼

1 pair of tracksuit bottoms how long

Had to order due to college having " shop" with them .
August 4th ordered 1 pair of tracksuit bottoms as uniform .
After a few emails chasing
They finally turned up September 23rd
On inspection wrong bottoms ,
thought i had ordered wrong pair or clicked wrong somewhere . No checked , ordered correct Kitking wrong.
So get back on email 48 hours later nothing
Left with wrong tracksuit bottoms and no answers I mean its not getting cold now is it
Prob get a reply of sorry we are busy at this time year. Well you are prob busy at the same time of year every year so perhaps you should be better prepared.
If i could shop elsewhere i would but sadly need the uniform.
So iam looking at prob 2 months plus for 1xpair of tracksuit bottoms
Thats if someone will answer email and sort this total debarcle out.

Update from 4th August till now
Still no tracksuit bottoms now 3rd OCTOBER . i have to get a playing shirt for April 26 so will think about ordering next week.
Worse customer service EVER . Still awaiting a new delivery date
Unless they hold the uniform you need would look elsewhere to supply.
If you dont have to use Kitking i advise you dont .

POOR SERVICE

POOR SERVICE, COMMUNICATION = AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Seems the only way to get a response out of this company is via a complaint on here. Ordered over a week ago and paid additional for express delivery via DPD. Wish I’d read the reviews before doing so as I would have avoided this company at all costs. They however didn’t hang around in taking the payment but have delivered NO COMMUNICATION whatsoever in regards to the status of this delivery despite attempts to email and telephone. All you get via telephone is a full mailbox. Which doesn’t shock me after reading some of these reviews.

Let’s see what you have to say then Kit King?

To anyone else reading - just don’t bother with this company. Unacceptable to be operating a business like this.

Ordered over a week ago and paid for express delivery. Tried contacting company through email and phone calls but the phone is never answered and nothing back from the emails. They took my money straight away but had absolutely nothing back from them.

Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service, was given a 3-5 week delivery time and was told it would be with me in that time, have chased multiple time with extended delivery times now looking at 10 weeks delivery. Customer service extremely rude. We use this service for all of our clubs kits and numerous teams are still awaiting kits although the season has started. For any team/club looking to utilise Kit Kings services i would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Ordered my child's school pe kit in…

Ordered my child's school pe kit in July,now 11 September and still no kit. You can't call them as they never answer, and the mail box is always full. Honestly, if it wasn't a school necessity to go through them, I would not use this company. No reply from emails, can't call either.

Ordered my sons PE Kit on the 28th July 2025, received an email on 11th August 2025 advising that it has been dispatched but no other info received. Still not received the PE kit! Emailed them 3 times & left voicemail, no response! I have let the school know.

Terrible company! Ordered PE kit (only supplier) 4th July. Got an email on 10th July saying order dispatched. Its now 9th September and still no PE kit! I have emailed multiple times and the reply is always its being sent out next week. Complete pack of liars! Avoid this shambles of a company!

Complete shambles of a company
Been waiting on an order for school PE kit and had an email it was dispatched in August. I am still waiting. I have tried mumerous emails and phone calls which all go unanswered. I am not the only person still waiting either. Multiple parents are left without PE kits for their children and no answers.

I had email from.matthew try tell me didnt get payment but my bank confirms they did then try to get another Payment and when call them and also bank did they couldn't get through just cut off and all I got mail. Box full so where my money and good then

No contact or confirmation of order

Ordered some gear a week ago (no personalisation), paid by bank transfer as I don't have a credit card. I still haven't received confirmation of the order and have been chasing all week, no replies to emails or online chat. The phone line just rings out and the voicemail service just states that the mailbox is full. Infuriating experience.

No update, no communication. Do not use

Ordered 4 base layers and still not received. No personalization. No update, no response to emails and when try calling just says 'mailbox full' all the time. Wish I had paid a couple pound more elsewhere as I would of had long before now.
