This place is horrible! Too bad there’s no zero star rating. The product they sent me, salad dressing, was expired. After two emails and two voicemails I give up. They are obviously not going to make it right.

If I could put zero i would. Over 2 weeks for arizona tea. What a rip off this place is please dont use

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It should be 0 stars. Placed an order on 02/25/25. They take the money out, order stays in processing for 3 weeks. Then you revieve a notice saying it was shipped and get tracking, on 03/13/25. Order is still sitting there never shipped according to the tracking. Today is 04/07/25. Terrible Customer Service. Sent a message and never received nothing.

Never received the order. No response from customer service. Stay away!!!!!

Scam. They take your money and don’t send any authorization or the order. Can’t understand why PayPal lets this happen. Stay away from this site.

My experience is the same as everyone else's....terrible. Waited over a month for 2 products to arrive of which one was wrong. No response to voicemail messages or multiple emails on how to resolve. Clearly this is a one person operation run from their basement. Their business sucks! Anything they sell can be purchased on Amazon.

Ordered 5 bottles of Original Louisiana Hot Wing Sauce. Waited over a month and like everyone who's placed an order, wrote customer service and called and heard nothing. Finally after 5 weeks a box arrived with 5 bottles of Louisiana Buffalo Sauce with one of them broken. DIDN’T order Buffalo Sauce, ordered Original Hot Wing Sauce. Mail Person delivered box to my door since it was leaking...many more calls to an unanswered phone number and rewriting to customer service=nothing. I guess that I should be grateful that I received at least something for my money even if it is/was the wrong item.

This is my worst experience shopping online ever. This place is a scam! I wish I’d thought of checking reviews before I ordered. I placed a substantial order with them on Dec 24 2024 and still have not received it. Unfortunately I used a debit card to pay for it so I think I can’t get my money back. The order shows shipped but the tracking info shows the shipper never received the package. Multiple attempts of communicating with them have all gone unanswered. This is a total scam but the website looks very real and that’s completely deceptive.
Edit: I checked and I used a credit card not a debit card so I’m contesting the charge! Hopefully I get my money back.

My order took a while (ordered 12/29/24) to get here (1/22/2024) but it was 100% accurate. I did call AND email and never got any of them returned, which is why they didn't get 5 stars. I just wish their communication would have been better. Maybe next time :)

This is my second order. The first one took 3 weeks, tried to cancel but the auto response was that i couldn't b/c it was already in process. Now my second order is over a month out, no response; I've emailed and called twice. At least I paid through PayPal and sometimes I can get satisfaction through them.

I placed an order on Dec 17, 2024. I called 4 times and got VM on all calls. I also emailed 4 times. All with no response. PayPal shows it as a pending payment.

I agree this is a scam. No shipment for a month, no response to messages, no communication beyond order confirmation by email and a charge to my card. Fortunately, my credit card cancels pending charges that go unconfirmed. Card # theft? ID theft? I'm locking everything down.

This place is awful. Wish I read the reviews before wasting my time. Fortunately PayPal refunded my money but this a a bogus place. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, YOU'LL ONLY GET AGRAVATED!!

Should be zero. It's not a real company, they don't send your products, they don't respond to emails or phone calls. Now I just need to monitor my ID/Credit because what's the point of getting that info and not selling you the product you ordered? Likely they are going to sell my credit card and other info. Sigh. Should have checked here first but their website is very convincing - all the markers of legitimacy.

I should have reviewed the reports before ordering! They have no response to my emails or phone calls regarding my order. Please know their email address to customer service, michaelsclosetandbeyond is a dead end!

Please.dont ever order from these thieves. I placed an and money was taken immediately and as of today, I still have not received my order. Call their number..and you have to leave a message and told that you will receive a call back within 24 hours. Again...this never happened. Do not understand under any circumstances purchases ANTHING FROM THESE CROOKS. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF OF YOUR MONEY AND COULD A SHIT. WHAT A SCAM !!!

Thank you everyone for saving me from a horrible decision to go ahead with an order from Kitch'n. I went in circles trying to get back to my cart to make the purchase. They just repeatedly sent me to a "Login without password " site where they tried to have me download an app that only 100 others had supposedly downloaded. Huge farce. I believe they are attempting to steal identities. Thanks again.

No one ever responds to email or voicemail messages. I’ve contacted them multiple times for an entire week. Yesterday my order was refunded without an explanation. I understood that this is a small company but geez…I placed a huge order with them!!

I paid for 24 cans of Arizona iced tea and only got 12. Took forever for them to be delivered. I guess I should have read the reviews. Terrible company!!!!
