I couldn't speak more highly of both the quality workmanship and sterling customer service displayed by the folks at Kilt Master after I recently ordered a Black Watch tartan vest from them. And they went the extra mile when I, not realizing how much age had broadened my body, at first had provided them with the wrong measurements. So, the first time the product arrived it was too small for me. My fault. After I emailed the company about this the rep without hesitation offered to remake the vest if I merely paid the mailing fees and provied the amended measurements. When it arrived a week later it fit me like the proverbial glove. And it's absolutely beautiful. This is customer service par excellence! Anthony Mancini, New York City

The customer service I received was over the top outstanding. I needed my American Flag Leather Sporran be a specific date and I that Kiltmaster truly cared about helping me get it on time. The Sporran was perfect and high quality.

I ordered a Mackenzie tartan waistcoat for an upcoming social event. Kilt Master made an excellent recommendation about style. I was concerned I had waited so long to place the order that it might not arrive in time. They made sure it arrived well ahead of time. The quality is extraordinary. It is not easy to work with plaid fabric, but all the patterns line up on the seams. Great craftmanship and service. Thank you!

Item was drop-shipped from Abu Dhabi in the UAE. Never was a USA company. Caused my credit card to be flagged for fraud, causing extra work on my end. A week after the kilt showed up, I received an additional bill from UPS for Customs Duties and Brokerage Charges. You will end up paying much more for your Kilt than expected.

I was so excited to find Kilt Master and even more so after I saw their work! The kilt I purchased for my husband’s birthday looks amazing! He has always wanted one and is quite happy with it. Really good workmanship, and excellent customer service. Hats off to Tasawar Abbas for going the extra mile to make sure my custom order was just right. If they offer advice, take it, as they really know their product. All of this and at a really great price.

I purchased an orange sporran from these folks and they reached out to me via WhatsApp to let me know they didn’t have one in stock, and offered a different color. I appreciated the communication, but let them know that I needed this specific color for an event on a particular date. WOW…they said they would do their best to accommodate, and sprung into action! Through the entire process they kept me updated and even sent photos of them dyeing the fur orange! I received my wonderful sporran 4 days before the event, and it’s beautifully made. Now THAT’S customer service! As a bonus, I had a great conversation with someone from Kilt Master over WhatsApp, when I was curious as to why Pakistan is the foremost exporter of Scottish accoutrements. They were very knowledgeable and I received a great geography & history lesson! I truly appreciate this shop & will continue to purchase here in the future!

They said they sent an email with a question about my address that I never received an it took 5 weeks to het here. Then it was the wrong pattern and way too big.
