Just received my first wheel from Kilncraft. Customer service and communication excellent. Great price for starter package. Can't wait to try it out.

Lovely looking wheel that was simple to set up out of the box.

Super quiet, you could throw next to a sleeping baby/dog/partner. As powerful as expected.

I bought the Daisy package. The stool is sturdy and holds my large frame easily. So far the wooden batts have been great.

The tools are also good quality, but careful where you leave them to dry as the red dye will bleed from the wooden tools.

Great communication before purchase with Shannon and aftercare with Olivia. Overall I am very happy and will recommend.

The purchase from Kiln Crafts went smoothly, and I was impressed by Olivia’s customer service. I was not however pleased with the courier, who delivered to a different house and did not put a note through my door. I had to phone them.

A great service from start to finish. Friendly and personable from the 1st enquiry on the website on a Sunday evening. Wheels were delivered as soon as we were ready for them. It took us a little while to get them unwrapped due to having to wait for the electrician to do his thing but the wheels are now looking great in their new home at our community pottery studio in West Sussex. Can't wait to get potting on them!!

I purchased the V46 as my first kiln and relatively new to pottery. It has been brilliant. So easy to use, plug it in and follow the instructions. I did get stuck on something and emailed Kilncrafts and they assisted straight away. Really positive experience, thank you!

Clear communication. Guide for installation and use sent via email was very well received. The Daisy pottery wheel is fabulous, very quiet and robust. Easy to use, great batt system and lovely free tools, and it was very well packagedand delivered. I'm very very pleased 😀
