Would give negative stars if possible.
Purchased Quickbooks 2024 Desptop Pro from this company over Groupon. Sold as brand new, never used, was wrapped, and perpetual license. 9 months after purchase, QB froze my account, could not access my financial data, etc. After many hours on phone w QB, it was learned that the license has previously been sold, it was registered to another person in US, needed to be renewed and for security reasons QB would not give me persons info to whom it was registered. Since I didnt have the license I had to buy a new license. I emailed Keysempire multiple times about this issue and it never responded. Because of the Keysempire fraud , I had to purchase a new license from QB for $1500.00.

I purchased MS Office 2019 Pro Plus from Keys Empire, LLC on Groupon for less than $10—unbelievably inexpensive! The service from the seller was incredibly fast, and the entire purchase process was quick and seamless. Installation was effortless, and everything worked perfectly right away. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again or recommend this deal to friends. Fantastic value and service all around!

I installed Microsoft Office from Keysempire over a year ago. My computer crashed and I had to reinstall. Amir sent me new creds to do so. Haven't had any issues at all. Thank you!!

The price for the software was very reasonable, I wasn't sure it was legitimate. But it was! I'm not tech-savvy and had a little problem installing it, but "amirkhan" emailed instructions, and followed up, until it was working. So, yes this was a very good experience. Thank you!

Seemed sketchy from the jump.

I went to groupon and saw this "great deal" for quickbooks. i wanted to get it for my mac... probably 3 users. the notes in groupon said that the system requirement for the mac version of quickbooks was Windows OS - natively installed. When I went to the keysempire site to ask about it... they never responded with anything other than asking for my redemption code... which i obviously did not have. after getting no additional response for more than 20 minutes, I decided to check reviews... and I am glad i did.

Stay Away from Groupon and Keysempire – Both Are Scammers

I strongly advise staying far away from Groupon and their merchant seller, Keysempire (Amir Khan). I purchased QuickBooks software through Groupon, only to find myself locked out of the account. The software is locked to the seller’s email, and despite paying for it, I can't access it. Keysempire offers zero support and their customer service is nonexistent. The phone numbers provided (985-999-3785 & 302-729-8982) are bogus, and email responses are just lies.

Groupon doesn't care about its customers – they have multiple customer service reps working on the same case and no one gets anything resolved. They have no interest in helping, and they simply waste your time. Their lack of action makes them complicit in this scam. I’ve been going back and forth for weeks with no resolution.

It's unbelievable how both Groupon and Keysempire (Amir Khan) continue to steal from customers. Look up the lawsuits filed against Groupon to see how they’ve been involved in similar scams. Don’t make the same mistake I did – avoid these scammers at all costs.

Stay away from this company. They are reselling Quickbooks License numbers via Groupon. Amir is lying about the validity of the license number. Intuit, the software manufacturer, states that the owner of the license number is keysempire, not the person that purchased the license number from Groupon. Both keysempire and groupon are committing fraud! Both keysempire and Groupon refuse to provide a refund even thought the T&C on the Groupon are FALSE AND MISLEADING!

They are selling illegal software. They resell keys over and over - for both Inuit QuickBooks and Microsoft products. They keys will install the product, but you cannot get support from Intuit or Microsoft for the illegal license. BEWARE!!!
