My family’s car was not delivered on schedule and we were given no compensation. Because of the delay, we were forced to get extra nights at the hotel and unable to check out places to move into. Would not recommend
My car was meant to arrive 2-3 days after shipping but arrived a week later as they had no back up plans. I left a review stating my honest experience, and they called me and promised a discount + earlier delivery date for them just to LIE. go with another company, they also take an unfair amount of money from their drivers.
They have stellar communication skills! The reminders, check-ins, and attention to detail assist in keeping loads and drivers on track, whether they are at a dock or on the road, and allows the opportunity for transparent and in-real-time updates to all involved parties.
