Quick and reliable
I used Kanguro to move a small amount of furniture from the UK to Germany. I'd had quotes from other removal companies that were too expensive to justify moving the items, so I was really happy to find these guys, who offered exactly the service that I needed at a very good price. The load contained some fragile items but everything was handled with great care. The driver was very helpful and showed up right on time. Highly recommended!

The guys at Kanguro are doing a great job. They have been very helpful right from the beginning, always available to answer questions and provide meaningful resolution. There were some back and forth while scheduling the pick up and drop off but everything was arranged as per my requirements. Wonderful experience overall!

Highly recommended - great service & communication
This is my second time using Kanguro and they have again provided a fantastic service! This time I moved from Prague back to London. I have contacted them few weeks in advance and was provided all of the necessary information for completing the customs declaration form. Once I had the form approved, I've confirmed my moving date & paid the deposit. I was given the contact details of the driver and his arrival time a day before. On the day the driver called to give me a precise time he was arriving and when he will be at the destination in London. The driver helped to load the boxes in & secure them. The delivery and unloading was on time & also super smooth. Excellent communication from everyone throughout. Absolutely perfect & stress free service.

Moved from Manchester, UK to Leiden, Netherlands with exact pick-up date and drop-off as required. Only placed a request a couple of weeks in advance. One thing to note is that the quoted price does not include customs. They pass you to a customs company which costs 200GBP which was fine with us.

Everyting perfect with small "but"
I was stressing quite a lot about the move from UK to Poland but there was really no need for it except me not really planning the packing correctly but that's another story ;-).
I booked transport pick up for Friday but on Thursday morning Kanguro contacted me and asked if driver can pick the stuff on Thursday evening so my last day of packing was a bit frantic but driver was perfectly on time so I managed to pack everyting.
There is only one driver who will help load (and unload) boxes so if you have lots of stuff, you may want to get some additional help.
Driver also does not have your phone number (which I didn't realise but was given his mobile) so do text them earlier on the day to get in contact.
All boxes and bags were delivered unharmed and driver called me in the morning on the day of the delivery to let me know the timeframe.
Also, be aware that the car you get may be quite big lorry so let the driver know if there are any narrow roads :-)
