I have been contacting these guys to try withdraw my winnings and just keep getting told be patient as on the account has my old bank car so wanted to be sure and double checked with them and they asked me to screenshot and send them new card which I have and still can’t do anything. I’ve been advised by chat agents try another withdrawal method so I have done bank transfer 3 times of 20.
So 60 in total and bank transfer is instant but they are advising me oh it could take upto 3 working days. Another lie. I shall see what happens and I have notified my bank of this and let’s see what’s happens

played for half hour and got 2 bonuses. First bonus paid 4x and the second bonus paid 3x.
There is also no responsible gaming options anywhere on the site.

Because the site had a technical issue I did not receive my second and third bonus.
When I contacted customer service they said that they are not able to give me those bonuses back. They don't care about customers and don't want to help. Also on day one I have spent £300 and lost is all, no wins. Terrible site, the worst casino I have ever used

I should've read the reviews before joining this scam of so called "casino". Firstly, to deposit, you have every possible method you can think of. To withdraw? Nah, you've got bank transfer or their most favourite way, Crypto currency. Thats a massive red flag right there.

The 225% plus 500 free spins? Forget about it, they will come up with some sort of excuses not to give you anything. And bear in mind I did EXACTLY what their terms says to qualify for the offer...

To withdraw... Well, according to their "Terms" you will need to send them a valid ID, Proof of address no older than 90 days and the bank statement showing the deposit payment that you make to them (God knows why 🤷🏻‍♂️). I have played in major casinos like William Hill, Paddy Power etc and I have NEVER had to do anything like it. It seems that they are throwing people unnecessary obstacles to put you off from withdrawing your money.

Bottom of line is that the money I deposited is gone and you are not meant to make or withdraw any money. This is clearly a scam. Luckily I only deposited £20 😉.
