VZOO for a software without access and absolute silence from the seller, except with Paypal!

JVZOO offers a lot of software with "lifetime" offers for an attractive price via third party vendors and affiliates.
Their support is not very useful since they say that they only manage problems related to their site, and not the access to the software, whereas it is the only access that we receive.
I bought a software dedicated to 360 visits with the possibility to resell it in unlimited.
The problem is that I never received the access codes. JVZOO tells me that they informed the seller. Despite several messages, the seller never replied.
On the JVZOO site the link to the software refers to another software, which is also now gone...Very serious!
Some research shows that the majority of lifetime offers are software with a limited lifetime.
In spite of everything, I made a claim on PAYPAL. As if by chance the seller answered to PAYPAL !!! I called PAYPAL to expose the point in support of written information and screen copy. I was successful and obtained the refund.
JVZOO says that it is not responsible for all this, except that it lets pseudo sellers propose wind with software that is not accessible or, at best, in most cases, for a limited time. With hindsight, this is quite logical because a lifetime offer does not make economic sense. It's just a way to sell and attract over a few months.

Note to JVZOO's reply: It was me who initiated the PAYPAL claim and won. I set up this process because the access to the software was never communicated to me.
They answer that they are GDPR compliant, but this is not the subject!
They answer that they don't allow lifetime products: they should then review the information mentioned on the sales tunnels of affiliates and vendors; it is explicitly mentioned as "lifetime access". If the seller or affiliate doesn't comply with the conditions, they should exclude them from their platform, otherwise it means they are allowing this implicitly!
What I see is that I bought the product via a sales tunnel that directs me to JVZOO and in the end I never received the purchased product. The only positive point is that we can buy via PAYPAL and thus get the refund.

JVZoo reached out to the vendor on your behalf, however as we stated both during your checkout process (prior to making payment) and in our support ticket, we are NOT the merchant on record. We do not collect payment nor support the product.

In addition, your purchases were flagged for review by PayPal immediately after you purchased the product. When PayPal flags a transaction for review, refunds cannot be processed and PayPal does not allow refunds until they have completed their review. This is something that is triggered by PayPal, not JVZoo. The only way to receive a refund for a transaction that PayPal has flagged for review is by reaching out to PayPal, which is what our team requested that you do.

JVZoo does have compliance and standards for any product allowed inside our marketplace. We are GDPR & FTC compliant and take this very seriously. In addition, the product you purchased was listed on JVZoo when we did NOT allow lifetime products. After March 1, 2022 we began allowing lifetime products, but the seller specifically has to define what "lifetime" means pursuant to the FTC. Our compliance team is re-reviewing products listed by this seller to ensure that they meet with JVZoo and FTC standards.

ADA Bundle Outdated Less Than a Year

I purchased ADA Bundle in June 2021 along with its upsells. It started to have issues months later. I contacted support multiple times and I was given that we get back to you when it is resolved or there is no issue that I am seeing. Outdated and disorganized data and the widget was shakey.

Less than a year later, they introduced the ADA Bundle Reloaded. I contacted them about this and I was informed that I have to purchase it, but don't worry, I get it at a discount. Safe to say, this was my last purchase on this marketplace platform.

Everything that I brought there prior to ADA Bundle was outdated and/or did not work as advertised. Warning to anyone, do not purchase anything on JVZoo. Thanks for reading.

I bought at least 5 saas digital products whitelabel that is grabbed from jvzoo but all of service is stop under 2 years, I bought it from adhitya tri arifianto as an whitelabel seller. Be aware of every product they offer. they sucks.
They usually not using live chat or support mail on their salespage, even it available support mail, your mail will be vain, because usually their supports never responds you.

Completely Fraud, Scam and fake products.

Completely scamy products sold on this platform. I purchased primehost hosting from them, the hosting never worked fine and the seller had complete intentions to cheat as no support was provided to solve the issues. When I reported the matter to JVZoo customer care, they told me that the seller had good intentions. Further they told me that the product is discontinued. It was a lifetime product and this is how jvzoo cheats people. They sell lifetime products and if you complain about the product not working ,they will tell you that there is nothing that can be done. Please do not buy from this jvzoo.

If jvzoo is so concerned, it could force the seller to issue a refund, it could black list the primehost bundle sellers- Firas and Tom... But JVzoo will not do it because they are hand in gloves with them for their own commission. Most pathetic useless horrible and cheater platform is Jvzoo. Please do not buy from them. I've reviewed you review and your support ticket. First, I apologize your experience with JVZoo is not what you would like. Unfortunately, as Jarod informed you, due to the fact you purchased the product on October 6, 2021 and did not inform JVZoo
of any issues until April 17, 2022. This makes the purchase past 6 months and payment processors (credit cards, Paypal, Stripe) will not honor a dispute at this point. JVZoo, being a marketplace and NOT the merchant who collected payment for your purchase can therefore not take any action to assist you in receiving a credit back for your purchase. In the future, whether purchasing from JVZoo or anywhere else, we recommend you bring ANY issues forward to the store (or marketplace) prior to the expiration both of the processors chargeback period and the sellers refund period.

Edit and final response:
From 2016 until March 1, 2022 JVZoo did NOT allow any lifetime products or products with Lifetime promises to be sold. Your purchase was during the time absolutely NO products with lifetime guarantees or promises were allowed on our platform. This is well documented.
And no, JVZoo cannot force anyone to refund past their posted refund period nor past the payment processors allowance of chargebacks. If you feel this is inaccurate, you are welcome to contact your payment processor directly. We, however, are a 3rd party who did not collect your payment nor did we allow any lifetime promises when you purchased.

I bought Funnelz last month and asked for refund, but got little responce. One time the boss of Mintware told me that due to structual reason, the refund would delay. It's been 3 weeks after I requested refund, and now totally no responce.
It replied me today that it initiated the refund. I still havn't received it. After I got the refund I will revise my review.

2 days ago I bought AIWA, and I couldn't find the bonuses promised, I sent support tickets, got no responce.
I just got reply from JVZOO that it intervened and had the vendor to arrange refund on March 18. After I get the refun I will sincerely thank JVZoo and may buy other softwares from JVzoo marketplace.

Good support but Sellers dont honor refund policies musr banned

I have reported several times sellers that violate sales policies like 30 Days Return etc but not answer. I really appriciate that CEO review my issue and resolved as you mention "We have reviewed your transaction and while we do not normally process refunds". But It's not first time that a seller not honor the refund policy. ZVZoo shoud be apply more strict policies to sellers and close their account if you have reported policy violations. The worst Place to shop

This marketplace is the worst place to shop at!
First of all they have no rules and not responsible for anything!

A seller can sell you something that doesn't work at all and can refuse to refund you even if they have put 30 days money back guarantee on their sales page. And all JVZOO do is will tell you "To receive a refund for your purchase you’ll need to contact the individual product owner." claiming they can't help because they don't handle payments.

It's not because they can't handle it but because that's how they have designed their platform which they called it a marketplace like Amazon! that's going to be their respond. That they are a market place like Amazon which clearly shows they don't understand how it works! Every Marketplace has rules and policies!

If you are a marketplace that doesn't mean to steal people's money with the help of scammers your platform promotes!

If you are not responsible for the payments then why do you display "Powered By JVZoo.com" below the payment button?

This marketplace has no responsibilities and rules. And not GDPR compliance, they will sell your email address to bunch of other sellers on their market.

JVZOO don't want to take any responsibility or set any rules for their sellers because that's how they make money! free money!

Do yourself a favor and save the headache don't buy anything that mentions JVZOO because it will be either outdated or not working at all.

Do not Purchase PrimeStocks through JVZoo

I purchased PrimeStocks through JVZoo. The vendor has ignored my multiple requests for a refund (product features were seriously over-promised). If you are contemplating a purchase of PrimeStocks, exercise caution if you think you might like to get a refund if the product does not work out for you.

Product didn't work

Product didn't work, attempted to get support, nothing, requested to get refund from the seller and JV Zoo, they have treated me awful!! Use Caution if you order from any of their "affiliates". My fault for trusting them with another failed purchase. Never again!
The response from JV ZOO is FALSE ALSO. I still do not have a refund 11/12/2021, there was zero customer service from the profilemate as the "purchase" would not let me join "using the exact links" and codes they sent. ISN'T IT AMAZING YOU RESPONDED INSTANTLY TO A REVIEW ON TRUSTPILOT BUT NOT TO MY ISSUE WITH THE PURCHASE?? THANKS FOR YOUR RESPONSE, MY REVIEW STAYS.
MAYBE YOU SHOULD CHECK TRUSTPILOT FOR YOUR FUTURE CLIENTS, PRIOR TO SELLING THEM. PROFILEMATE HAS A 89% DISAPPROVAL ON TRUSTPILOT!

HERE IS MY SCREEN SHOT. I AM SUGGESTING BY YOU CALLING ME A LIAR, EVERYONE AVOID THIS COMPANY, BOTH JVZOO AND PROFILEMATE.
I ALSO TRIED TO CONTACT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT "NOT" BEING ABLE TO SIGN ON AND ZERO RESPONSE. AT LEAST THEY HAVEN'T CALLED ME A LIAR LIKE YOU. OH, AND I HAVE THE PROOF!
Also filing a local complaint through my atty, maybe you should have said, sorry, we will get it fixed, instead of publicly calling me a liar.....That is FALSE and I have the proof!
Trustpilot, I suggest you read the reviews "ON YOUR SITE" of the product JVZOO is selling PROFILEMATE (I purchased the product on one of their links) and if you need the emails that I sent for customer service, I will be happy to provide them! Nothing I wrote was a lie, but they called me a liar on your public site with my contact information exposed. I am suggesting you take immediate action against this company.
To JVZOO....I already did.

ProfileMate does, in fact, work as advertised which is why there are 10,000 happy customers. You never used your token to SIGN UP and actually use the product, so it's untrue to say the product doesn't work and that you were not supported as both the product owner replied to your support tickets attempting to assist you AND JVZoo replied, assisted, and ultimately helped you gain the refund you requested.
You purchased ProfileMate on November 6th and your refund request was honored on the 8th!
Calling that a scam is simply dishonest and we request you remove your review.

Edit and final response:
If you don’t follow the directions, the product will not work, as the product owner’s support informed you. You never used the token provided so no, the product did not work. They can tell you how to use it, but cannot make you follow directions.

JVZoo responded to your support ticket politely and quickly as well. Screenshot provided.

It can take 7-10 days for credit cards to reflect refunds. This is their industry standard. The world knows this.

We provided proof and screenshots.

In a world where people can provide false reviews publicly against a company and a company cannot provide full proof that the reviewer is lying because their email is exposed, we have provided screenshots to prove this review is false with everything except the associated email address.

Gerard, we invite you to contact your local attorney where you can show him (or we will) the screenshots that prove your claims against JVZoo, our support, and your refund are all false. We posted the proof, you keep "claiming" otherwise. We will not apologize for YOUR complete lack of integrity. Goodbye.

I had a problem with ProfileMate on JVZoo - they acted swiftly and resolved my issue.

Many times it's not what a business does when things go right, it's what they do when things go wrong.

JVZoo have a brilliant customer service and I'm really impressed with the fast way they solved my issue!

I trust JVZoo with my business because…

I trust JVZoo with my business because the owners are always available if I need them. Not many businesses of this size where you can speak directly with the owner and actually see changes in the service from what you've discussed with them. They don't just care about their users but try to protect the entire industry

Reading through some of these reviews

Reading through some of these reviews, it's clear people just jump online to bash a company without even making sure they are reviewing the correct company. I've purchased from JVZoo several times and while not every product is the quality I would like, I have the ability to contact the seller with the information provided on the receipt and in JVZoo's customer portal and get a refund. If there is ever an issue, I have contacted JVZoo who assisted me in getting in touch with the seller and once, gaining a refund. JVZoo's support is always friendly and responds quickly

Bought a product with JVZoo

This is an update for this review. I'm giving a 5 star review. For the quick response and resolution to this issue.

Bought a product with JVZoo. I know it's not JVZoo responsibility to refund me. But I have been trying to get I refund from the company that I bought the product from and they are giving me the run around. They have a 30 day guaranty that they are not respecting. I would have thought that since they are selling on JZ's platform. Thought that they could get in touch with the seller. And advise them to respect the agreement.
