Lee arrived this morning with a big smile and got straight into the job. I never heard from Lee until he had completed the job and the solar panels now look fantastic, I can now see a reflection of next door's ariel in the panels. Lee also removed an old rubber overflow pipe which had been left their by a previous trade and took the liberty of running the washer over our skylight.

Very pleased overall
Ash was very friendly, made me feel at ease, and completed the balcony cleaning to a good standard while communicating well throughout. He worked very hard, and the balcony looks amazing now compared to how it was. Thank you.
Just a small suggestion for the future – it would be helpful to have a quick discussion with the customer before starting the work, for clarity. The glass frame was cleaned only on the inside and left dirty on the outside, which I have since cleaned myself. Ash explained this was due to health and safety, but I wasn’t aware beforehand - so advance clarification would be appreciated. My neighbour’s balcony glass was cleaned on both sides by another company the previous week as it’s easy to access - so advance clarification would be appreciated.

From the initial quote, to the team arriving bang on time on the day, then not stopping until the job was done - which has been done to a very high standard - you really can’t go wrong with these guys for a roof clean.

Absolute Fraud, Selling sales to others
Company advertised online as local family run, but they are not, they have a webpage and a local phone number for every town, they are not local at all and just sell the lead to anyone for the best offer.

Booked in for a carpet clean and the day and time came and went. No explanation as to why they did not show or apology. Communication is non existent and all messages remain unanswered. I had also requested a quote for another service prior to their failure to turn up and no surprise that also remains outstanding. Really poor service, communication and attitude. I would avoid to ensure you won’t be disappointed.

The appointment was originally for…Block paved drive cleaning.
The appointment was originally for 30/06, but we received a telephone call from JR Cleaning this morning (23/06) and were told that the crew were completing a job in our area and could, if we wished, be with us within an hour to clean the drive.
We were obviously happy to accommodate the crew and they arrived about half an hour after the telephone call, set up their equipment and began the clean. Less than a couple of hours later, a very well done job was completed.
Very pleased, will use this company again.

I am very pleased with the end result
The work was carried out in a professional manner by the Jamie and his workmate. They took great care in ensuring that any mess was cleaned up and left the garden areas clean and tidy.
My wife has a breathing condition and they took every step they could to ensure she was not affected by the chemicals used in the cleaning process, checking she was okay which was a nice gesture.
I was fully briefed on the aftermath of the cleaning and they have done a fantastic job.
All in all I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a competent, professional firm.

I would give an 0 star review if I could. Absolutely appalling experience with J R Cleaning. I booked an end of tenancy clean for today (05/06/25), and received a confirmation call just yesterday to confirm the time slot of 8:30am–10am. By 11am, no one had arrived.
I tried calling every number I had for them, including their secretaries Lilly and Victoria—no one picked up. Someone was clearly picking up the phone and then hanging up, which felt like they were actively avoiding me. I also sent two emails and received no response whatsoever.
This clean was crucial and time-sensitive, and their total lack of professionalism has put me in a really difficult situation. No explanation, no apology, just radio silence. I'm absolutely fuming. Avoid this company at all costs—they are unreliable and completely unresponsive.
