Scammers

Scammers. I bought an air fryer back in Nov ‘24 and reported the site as a scam as soon as I read the TrustPilot reviews, which was end of Nov ‘24. I originally used a credit card for the purchase and Tesco Bank were very good and refunded me. However, here we are in Jan ‘25 and jpmachinetools.com is still on line operating the same scam. Do not use them!

Scammers. Beware.

As with other reviews, this is a scam company. Whatever you buy will not arrive. Your payment is directed to a different company. If you do decide to buy on here use a credit card as you will most likely need the cover to get your money back. Purchased a tumble dryer, after 8 days got an email saying it was dispatched, with a 5 week delivery date. Could never get TPM to answer a phone and chat option got no response. It never arrived, had to go through credit card to get a refund.

Scam website

Do not buy from this company, it's a scam website. I bought a washing machine in November and it never arrived. They even managed to cobble together a fake courier website which you can type a tracking number into so it looks like your delivery is on the way. It's not. They had taken the details of a dormant courier company and built a website with them. They have also stolen the company details of an existing, unrelated tea company and set up a Revolute account with them. They don't reply to emails after your payment has cleared, and the phone line is dead. I only saw good reviews for them before I made a purchase, so those are fake too. I managed to get my money back, but please don't buy from them, they are thieves. Hopefully the site will be removed if enough people notify the police.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I ordered a Bosch washing machine on 12 November and paid using my credit card. The money went to Ayub Accountants in Perry Barr, Birmingham. After receiving confirmation of my order I rang J P Machine Tools to check on delivery. No reply to telephone calls or emails. No machine received. Contacted Ayub Accountants who stated they had not received the payment. Contacted my bank immediately and fortunately they have refunded the money. If the price is too good to be true it definitely is. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I have just checked out these reviews…

I have just checked out these reviews as I was interested in a Ninja product and I thought surely the price is too good to be true and I am so glad I did. I'm so sorry for all of you have been scammed.
In future remember that if you use your credit card to buy something costing over £100 and up to £30,000, you’re covered by ‘section 75’ of the Consumer Credit Act. The protection still applies even if you only partly paid using your credit card, for example paying the deposit for a holiday. I always pay by credit card above £100 but obviously you need to make sure you can cover it and not then get into debt.
Surely there must be a way to report and stop them? I would also give them a ------ rating if I could.

I’m so so glad I also looked on here…

I’m so so glad I also looked on here prior to buying a ninja air fryer. The price was a warning sign to me. £20 cheaper than Amazon. Then I looked at coffee machines which all seemed too cheap. Hopefully nobody will buy anything from this company.

Joke of a company

Joke of a company, paid £185 for a tumble dryer, no communication. They are a scam, the unit that the delivery company are working at isn’t even real as that unit is empty.

Luckily I used a company called zilch to pay for it so I should be getting money back.

This sight should be shut down!!

This is a scam

This is a scam. Bought airfryer 30 minutes ago using credit card. Company set up a Google pay account for me. Luckily I rang my bank immediately who have cancelled my credit card as the fraudsters have my credit card details. No loss incurred.

Google advertising

Thank you all for taking the time and writing a review about these despicable people. I checked here before ordering the Ninja air fryer. I looked into why Google allow these people to advertise when it’s obviously clear they are scammers. I found this “Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) in the UK at asa dot org dot uk. (The site does not allow links). The ASA can investigate and take action against deceptive advertisers.” Or, you can Submit a Complaint:
• Visit Google’s Ad Report Form directly at Google Ads Complaint Form.
• Provide details about the ad, including the URL, and explain why it is misleading or associated with scams.
I hope you all get some kind of recompense.
