Extremely unprofessional service. I facilitated a deal for Joy Services months ago, and my agreed commission of ₹6k INR is still pending. Dinesh Sir and the team have completely ignored my messages on WhatsApp and Discord. Even their staff member, Buffer, told me to raise a ticket because they weren't replying anywhere. Disappointed with this total lack of communication and ethics. Please clear my dues immediately

Bro yr servers are fantastic but yr servers are always down and we can't play them and I have yr padi subscription so should I get good service? But every time I try to play yr server are always down pls work on it

I own a machine through joy services and every single day, they have an issue with the machines, sometimes the machines BURN? Sometimes it leaks water? Sometimes their employee cleared the data? Sometimes The power go blast?

That's like shittiest ever...

This is the most sucked services i have ever seen in my entire life like the servers are down for like forever that costs more than 20-30k rupees and there server are never up even if they are up they are so bad unstable i cant lie just recommendation if u think its lie try once then abuse foreever

i have bought hdd for my nvr project and my nvr was supported sata hdd i sent demo piece to them also but still they sent me sas hdd but i want sata hdd but they sent sas hdd and no support i got from them they say its cable issue but still not fixed. i said them already i want it for this nvr but still they sent me this sas hdd and scammed me and my client. no replacement no nothing got till now lets see what will hapenn later.
total pieces was 73 pcs of sas which they sent but we want sata hdd.

There are only 4 trash isp / hosting wala never give the stuff for which we pay

Joy services has one of the awesome experinces and uptime, I could highly recommend it. There are lot of fake reviews being run by their competitors. I have used joy services and they are really awesome, Got PTR. They have more than 100 days uptime. Best ddos protection.

They are scammer

I host an adult website, and Joy Services was the worst experience I’ve had. They removed my content without giving any reason, and the way my data was handled felt so shady that it seemed like it may have been shared or used without my consent. Their support gave zero answers, zero clarity, and zero respect. I’ve completely lost trust in them — avoid at all costs.

It's almost impossible to run a project here. The servers go down multiple times a day, sometimes without any warning. They don’t even give a proper explanation for the downtime. Really disappointing`

they scammed me of refund, my hard earned money, they scammed me 2500rs, I thought there service is better than others but joy.services offers 100% downtime and has worst internet speed... atleast others hostings are better than this
