Placed an order not sure if I would get them in time for Christmas as the delivery time could have gone slightly past Christmas week,then checked the reviews an was very worried the site was a scam but by the following morning I had an update an a picture of the trainers ready for delivery,nothing much updated till Xmas eve when I looked an it told me my parcel was being delivered that day,the trainers were very well packaged and just as pictured so me an my son were very happy with them,so in all I had a very excellent experience with this site,process and product

HORRIBLE COMPANY! Ordered a 12/5 and still no shoes. Can’t get anybody on their supposed 24/7 phone support line. This is some bullsh*t right here! Calling BBB next and disputing the charge on my card!

Having read all the reviews then naturally I was pretty wary.

However received trainers today and they are very nice indeed.

Ordered 26th December and arrived today on the 4th.

I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again.

-0 I ordered 12/16/24 it said 7-12 days. It is now 1/3/25. They said shoes would be here 1/5/24 but they are still saying they are in NY. But the company just emailed me and said they are at my local post office. They aren’t. They will not give me refund cause they keep saying they will be here! Also they said they had to disconnect there customer service lines cause it was too busy?! This is such BS. Better off ordering from foot locker or somewhere more legit! Never Again!

Horrible scam artist. Says product on way and 4 weeks later still no shoes for the kiddos. Do NOT use this site.

Scam Alert! Don't buy from this site! My son wanted Jordan retro purple and black. We placed the order 3 weeks before Christmas. We did get a confirmation said it would be delivered before Christmas. Next thing you know they said they were running behind it'll be after Christmas. It's the new year and still no Jordans.

Do not use this site. It must be a scam. My order has been "awaiting USPS pickup" since 12/13/24. This is supposed to be in Jamaica NY. I have contacted their "customer service" a few times and get one excuse after the other. I have asked for a refund three times now as my order obviously is not coming. They keep giving me excuses and ask for my patience.

I did not like how it took almost 4 weeks to get my shoes had me really worried but I ordered from here a few times and never had no problem usually took 12 days but this time it took almost 4 weeks the seller was really awesome they responded back when I messaged them every time I had no problem just with the tracking the tracking really sucked but I would recommend after you trust this site then order because I do and I ordered all the time from them this is probably the 10th pair I bought

My 12 year old requested Jordan's for Christmas. Purchased the Retro 1 and Retro 4 Dec 15,2024. After a couple of emails... crickets. Call phone number, rings a few times then hangs up. Purchased a pair of Jordan's Retro 13 on Footlocker website on Dec 22, 2024 and received shoes on Dec 28, 2024. Stay away from this site. Definitely a scam!

Defo scam site as so many other negative reviews. Ignore the 2 positive reviews they may be fake reviews or genuine and possibly have received fake product.
Even our bank blocked this transaction before it went through and fraud team contacted us just as we realised for ourselves. Email from this store had domain @smtporders oppose to Jordan, stay clear.

Genuinely not that bad especially compared to others reviews. Quite good shoes and came relatively quick.

Just like everyone else, I thought this website had to be legit since it’s labeled “Jordan official”. Should have looked up reviews first. I was desperate to order my 13 yr old son the Jordan 4 retros and only found them on this site to be delivered by Christmas. So I purchased and within 2 days I received an email with a picture of the shoes and a shipping label with the shoe. Immediately looked suspicious. Waited anyways. Delivery was supposed to be 12/20. The tracking number they supplied never updated after label was created. By the 24th I finally received an email back from scammers saying the package is in my area waiting to be picked up. Now the 28th and still nothing. The company is now saying the same thing. The numbers they give you don’t work. Filed a complaint with the credit card for a refund. Done with these assholes.

This site is completely a total scam. I ordered

We mistakenly thought it was the actual official Jordan store. When they arrived, my kid immediately said the shoes were fake, but I said that was impossible because it was the official store. The shoes fell apart having been worn less than a dozen times and when we emailed customer services, their response immediately revealed that this is not a legitimate 'official' company! We were fooled - you have been warned!

Same as everyone else my daughter sent me a link for some trainers. As soon as I checked my bank and realised there was a foreign currency conversion fee alarm bells rang as it was supposed to be a uk site. The trainers did arrive however they are fake the stitching is terrible. I contacted my bank and gave them all the info and luckily they have refunded me and issued me with a new card.
I did email this so called company and told them they were fake they were quite rude in saying they aren’t and are now constantly emailing me.

Wanted to calirfly last review. Finally afternoon of December 26th shoes arrived last for Christmas (ordered Nov 29th). They appear to be offical Jordan's. Arrived in good shape. Box in good shape. A day late but better than being scammed.

Scam site don’t waste your money they are selling fakes and charging you ridiculous prices. When I received my fake awful trainers I emailed them asking to return them and get a full refund they asked me to keep them offering me varying discounts from 25% to 30%! I refused they stopped communicating then! My credit card company are working to get me a refund.

I been whaiting they havent pil up my calls they havent wright back they are scam im will take some acción so they wi t be taking people as fools

Stupidly fell from the low price! Now I know why! Brought Jordan 4s for my daughter's birthday for £139, didn't batter an eyelid, trainers came look fine still didn't batter an eyelid and then on the 23rd December 2024 I received a 2nd pair 🤣🤣 I thought to myself there is no way I brought 2 pairs... Anyway I thought I'll be clever and ask for a refund and say they don't fit with intention of returning one pair and keeping the other... Well that back fired... That's when the penny dropped 🤦 more fool me.. back and forth with emails to try and get a refund, always responding with what looked like an automated email but with a different % being offered as a refund. I knew at this point it was very unlikely I was going to get my money back ( however I had 2 pairs of trainers so maybe I have the upper hand here.. even if they are fake 🤣) settled on 50% but still not convinced I will get the refund in the time scale they stated (5-20 working days) I did pay via zilch so the card details they have are from that and not my actual bank so if they try to use my zilch I should be able to sort quickly .. fingers crossed.. if I get the refund I'll actually be happy because I ended up with 2 pairs 🤣🤣 I've looked them over and the only telling sign I can see is the bit where the laces thread through at the top doesn't have as many holes as the OGs and if you Google videos apparently the netting you should be able to pull on it and you can't. Other than that I would say pretty good fakes I'm just annoyed at how much I paid for fakes 🤣 I've used another app before for fakes and they never charge that much 🤣🤣
