High quality clothing

High quality clothing. This is my fourth Jones t-shirt. I will say that they tend to run a little large (I typically wear a large but switched to purchasing mediums on Jones).

Board broke after 6 times riding it

I purchased the Jones Snowboard Twin Sister two months ago and only rode it six times before it broke. Overall, the boarding experience was amazing and I was so excited about having it for at least a couple more years.

However, now I discovered a bump underneath the snowboard and the metal ring on the edge is broken. I am literally devastated now, given this is not a cheap board and it is supposed to be one of the best on the market. Given that I always ride super carefully I am convinced that a manufacturing defect caused the metal ring to break and the bump to build. When I contacted the Fun Sport Vision shop, they referred me to Jones customer service, but I was disappointed to find out that neither the shop nor Jones were willing to help, stating that the damage was not covered under warranty and couldn't be repaired.

The lack of customer service and support in addressing this issue is just really bad as they literally just leave me hanging here and I just spend almost €500 on basically nothing. I expected so much of this brand as everyone told me that Jones is the brand to go for and this has basically been the worst experience I had with a sport equipment product. I just really hope we can solve this but if not it really isn't any brand (Jones) or online retailer (Fun Sport Vision) that I can recommend to buy from.
