The shoes came in a timely manner. They were not the shoes we initially ordered, but my daughter ended up liking them better. They were similar in color.

Hi there. Thank you for the review. I'm a little concerned about what happened. The grommet set you purchased was for the Pure Aero/Team/Tour/Lite/Jr 2019 Yellow tennis racquet. You should not have had to cut or modify if at all if you ordered the correct item. Please verify that the racquet you have is a Pure Aero 2019 standard item, or one of the varieties listed above. If not, you should email us a photo of your racquet so we can correctly identify the proper grommet set for your racquet. I will email you privately as well.
Easiest Tennis Racquet Purchase Ever!

Found a mostly sold out racket
Great service! I was looking everywhere for the Head Radical MP Palm Tree Crew racket, and most retailers (namely Head and Tennis Warehouse) had a sale, but then they had sold out. The retailers that still had it listed it at full price too. I found this place and I was skeptical at first, because they had the racket in stock and at the sale price, but I read reviews and decided to buy. It came within the listed time just as I wanted and plays great! Would definitely buy from here again!

Easy Ordering; Quick Shipping
Easy on-line ordering. Racquet (purchased unstrung) was shipped within an hour of ordering it. Received the racquet quickly, within only a few days even though had to be shipped across the country (UPS free shipping). Only drawback regarding my order was that I did not receive the vibration dampener that is included with the racquet. It is normally packaged on the grip but appears it fell out of package or maybe inadvertently removed before it was shipped. But, not a problem as Game -Set-Match then shipped to me a vibration dampener and apology/thank your card. Great, personable customer service. Will continue to use them as my tennis equipment on-line store!
