Slightly cheaper than most sellers. Attentive staff who also answered to my queries late at night. I whatsapp them expecting a reply the next day when they resume work (coz after office hours) but received a call from them immediately 😅 i had to remind them to send me the e-vouchers and got it fairly quick. Better than shopee agents whom u have to chase endlessly (read from review). All in all a pleasant and hassle free experience.

UPDATE 6th Dec: I had received my 300RM refund from Jomtravellocal after 2 weeks. 2 of their Customer service had contacted me and had taken action promptly. I lose out some money on the exchange rate but at least they refunded. Satisfied customer.

Initally wanted to buy from KLOOK but their tickets were sold out so I resort to buy from Jom Travel Local as there were available tickets.
Jom Travel Local sold me 4 tickets for adventure park at 300RM on 19th November but in actual fact the tickets were actually already sold out, so I don't receive any actual tickets too. But my credit card has already charged me 300RM.

Jomtravellocal agree to refund me the money within 4-5 working days from 19th November but it is already 5th December now, and I yet to receive any reply. At least give me an update??

Very bad service. The price on the site is outdated, they are only for Malaysian citizens. I paid for the tickets, the money was written off, they sent a letter that I had to pay extra. I refused, asked for a refund, so far nothing has been returned. Terrible service, would not recommend to anyone.

The service is tip top. We bought tix for Desaru Adventure Park 1 day in advance n even on PH they would reply n process ur booking. Just give abt 30mins to rcv ur e-ticket. The price was abt 30% less than counter, great savings for a family of 22 ppl.

Bought tickets for Desaru water park. Got a great deal. Staff responded very quickly as well.

Last minute plan to Desaru waterpark and no online tickets were available from web including klook. It was school holiday in Malaysia n Singapore. Manage to Google n encountered Jom Travel local. To my surprise they had tickets n we got all our e tickets. They gave a WhatsApp number to contact incase any problems, let me say they were so efficient. I totally recommend jom Travel local. I will surely use their services again. Thank you very much 👍👍✌️
