Kara Morgan from Customer Service was excellent with her response time and answering my queries. Here's my issue- the company itself makes it difficult to get general information. There needs to be site available 24/7 when the customer needs it. I was not happy having to ask for a code every time to access my information or ask a question. SO frustrating and not a good business model for true customer care. I quit after one month based on this and that Sprout is more expensive than other companies.

This company is a total fraud. They will bill and never send you a medication. It is impossible to speak to a human a being and they will not reply to email or phone calls. I been trying to reach them for almost a month via emails and phone calls with no success. I have to initiate a charge back via my bank.

I have requested my subscription be cancelled numerous times. It is still showing active. I have documented all my requests and have spoken with my credit card company. The order I was charged for on 4/17 was not received. I have requested a refund - I have requested a cancellation - no response to any emails sent to the support group. You cannot reach them by phone - they put you on hold and no one ever picks up. On Trustpilot they have replied they will contact me but have not. I am reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission and Better Business Bureau. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have been using sprout health since February and have had a great experience. So far, my medications arrive on time. My payments are automatically taken out and I haven't had any issues. When I've reached out to customer service, Don has got back to me immediately. 10 out of 10, highly recommend. Very effective medication and I really like that there's a doctor I can ask my medical questions to. Any questions that I have that aren't medical (like billing and shipping information) are easily answered by just emailing Sprout Health. Anytime I've emailed, Don has gotten back to me the same day.

The first month was good but this 2nd month I got charged 5/2 and never received my medication or any doctor notes. I sent 2 emails and tried to call but nothing. Starting to think its a scam.

The initial steps are easy, once they get you it is impossible to cancel the service. They don’t answer emails or the phone. Stay away from this company. Total scam. They also charge you before having the green light of the doctor

This site is a fraud. Stole $600 from me. Script was never written by doctor, no medications shipped, customer service went automatically to an answering machine with no call back. No place to cancel your subscription on their website. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my $$ back. DO NOT...I REPEAT....DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!

My first 3 months were ok with good results. Now this month I was billed and charged for on the April 16. I filled out everything asap and the doctor prescribed my dose increase and since April 20 it has been at the pharmacy without being shipped. I contacted customer support many times via email with no response. No answer to customer service phone and leave voicemail with no call back. My shot was due today and now I will be without it and behind schedule. Still no response from customer service to help this issue. I will be looking for a new company.

This business means "business" when it comes to supporting its customers. I received quick, honest feedback to every question I had. After a lot of research, I chose them, and I have never regretted it. The product itself is effective, and isn't that what we're all looking for? I had great results, and I never felt sick or weak. My credit card was hacked so I needed to add a different payment method. Getting past the AI chat bot was annoying (but that's everywhere). Once I got to a person, I could not have been happier. Kara was very helpful, followed up and was just great all around.

I have been using Sprout for 2 months, I really had just 10 pounds to lose. The Sprout site was easy to use they took an assessment prior to prescribing the medication meds were sent promptly and in perfect condition.The medication worked great with no issues or side affects. This program was simple and can cancel at any time which is great.
