The subscription service is great, even if I sometimes get a little lost in it.

Requested a full deletion of my profile years ago, got a confirmation about that and they just started spaming me at the exact "deleted" address.

Good product but way too much messaging & makes it difficult to cancel subscription. Pity. Just stick to product & not sales tactics.

Experimental bars (white with more protein) - meh. I like the original bar (salted caramel) better.
The pro shakes benefit from resting a little before consuming, for there to be less of a grainy feeling.
Overall, I like the concept, and used wisely (a few times a week), it’s all good.

I have a plenny shake everymorning and saves me a lot of time.
Whenver there were issues the customers service also found a way to compensate and go the extra mile to keep a very positive relationship! (Shoutout to Daniel! <3)

Absolutely perfect stuff for a quick meal when you don't feel like cooking. And with the prices in my country, often even cheaper than making a meal with similar macros.

Can take a bit to find a flavor you like, personally absolutely love the Lemon Pie flavor of Plenny Shake.

Orders have always arrived in a timely manner and haven't had any problems.

I got 3 flavours delivered today. Pros and cons below:

Pros:
- Delivery was quite quick given that it came form NL to UK
- Packaged well
- Shaker of good build quality
- Bags super easy to reseal
- I only tried the pistachio so far. It was not overly sweet and really quite nice. The coffee one smells ok and will probably meet my expectations. The Berry one smells fantastic and I'm looking forward to trying it!
- Price is good compared to competitors

Cons:

- None really so far. Will update if any are encountered.

I have to get up for work at 03.30 AM. I use it as breakfast. I think I'm doing ok. Grtzz

After trying the bundle, I placed an order since it might be the first time a company might actually help me lose weight and save money.

Have been drinking plenny shake off and on for almost 10 years now, and it's very convenient to have, and decently tasty if you find flavours you like. Shipping and customer support experience is overall good.

Sadly, the website for managing subscriptions is not only as annoying as years ago, but it even seems to be getting worse. To cancel the subscription of a flavor i tried and didn't like I had to scroll and find the tiny cancel button, answer a bunch of questions, and now also be shouted at by some large text that I'd miss out on some new reward points thing... This isn't making trying other flavors easy... And if you want to tweak the date you have to do this per flavor. It will suggest to auto-change the other flavors as well, but on one or two occasions I messed it up and got two shipments on different days, no longer with free shipping.

My mental model is: I get a delivery every 6 weeks by default, and I may want to tweak the date and I may want to tweak the amount and flavours. The management page doesn't view it this way at all, even if there is band-aid, and some changes require way too many clicks.

Having been a customer for this long I'm frankly sad that these "reward points" have been introduced but subscription management hasn't become easier.
