A lovely lad arrived this morning , but I think the wasps knew he was coming as they had disappeared , he very kindly treated the area that they were hiding and up till now I have not seen even one, so hopefully they have packed their bags and gone. Ryan was extremely helpful and polite. The company booked a visit quickly to identify the level and type of bee activity I had. Luckily I did not require any immediate action as activity in what I thought was a nest had almost disappeared but am able to call for a re survey if activity returns.

We were advised when Ryan would arrive and he did at the time we were advised, even though he had to drive quite a way from one job to is. He was quite clear as to what he would do whilst inspecting our site, and after asking a few questions he went into the area and he took photos of our job. He advised that we’d get a quote then next day. He was knowledgeable and very polite and friendly.

Mike was great! Came out and went straight to where I said the problem was to take a look. Straight away he knew what the problem was and what he needed to do. He gave us advice on what to do in the following weeks and what not to do. He also gave us advice on how best to approach our neighbours regarding the issue. Thanks for everything today Mike
