This is my second time using jetkrate. My first experience went smooth and super fast, item arrived in a week. This time around, I paid for priority shipping. My package was dispatched on 05/13 according to the email they sent me. As of today, my package tracking information still says they have not recieved the item. It’s been stuck on “label created” for almost two weeks. I’ve reached out to customer service twice just to see if they could at least help me track it. No response. This isn’t a cheap service, the least you could do is respond to the contact forms.

I was a bit nervous after reading the negative reviews but everything came in a timely manner and good condition! Consolidated and forwarded a package to Canada from Australia. Customer service was responsive as well

it was super stressful at first figuring everything out, i am super glad with the customer service at hannah provided for me regardless of me ranting and panicking about paying an excessive amount for a product that was sold out in the US. i want to give her a huge shout out & acknowledgment on what a honestly sweet and thoughtful patient person she is. she made the whole experience truly memorable and special for me given that i’ve never ordered internationally before. to jetkrate, hannah s, i like her a lot. please give her employee of the month and a round of applause for her service.

At this point I kind of gave up, but a customer rep, Hannah S., came in clutch because they also checked their spam folder. She literally saved the day, corrected the mistake and got my package back on track. Jetkrate owes her a debt of gratitude, because I went from never wanting to deal with JetKrate again to only shipping with Jetkrate from now on. Thank you Hannah S.! And thank you Jetkrate!
