It started out with great communication with seller. I was in love when my package when it arrived the hair was so soft and full easy to install. I am 100% satisfied.

i am obsessed with the hair! the colors are so pretty and looks way better than the actual photo. it’s so long and the curls are so bouncy. i’m definitely ordering again!

I’ve received my second wig from Jessie’s selection and honey let me just say by far the best wigs I’ve had. They are so full super soft and true to length the lace is the best love love love this company I’ll be ordering again & again.

This is my first time installing a wig and it was a fun and learning experience for me, you can really express yourself with different hair styles, Jessie at jessie selection wig store is absolutely what all the other reviewers say about her, she is very kind and responds right away with any questions you might have.

Do not order from this company. I have been ordering hair units for a very long time and this is the worst mess I've ever received. It was not the color I ordered. It did not look the product I ordered and talking about human hair. I don't even no what this was. Worst of all it had the worst odor I've ever experienced. I don't know what a skunk smells like but I think this may have been close. I had to through it back in the box and close it. No way I can wear this thing. It was not the length I ordered. It was uneven at the bottom. Don't believe those pictures they are showing you on the website. I am not one to just write bad reviews of businesses, but this experience with this hair was terrible.

I received my wig in 2-3 days! Fast shipping with very good quality wigs! I love my wig and i will be continuing to shop with you all.

This company is a fraud.
I order 2 wigs that were suppose to be human hair wigs but that isn't what I received. I know 100% human hair and what I received was definitely not as stated online.
I've been trying to get my refund for the past two weeks and each reply email has been a question why and what I did to the wigs. I haven't worn or put the wigs on because as soon as I open the box I knew right away it wasn't human hair.
I really think they're trying to delay the response until my deadline date for returning the item.
The last email reply to the company was 7/21 and no response form the company since my last email.
I just emailed them back to advise it will be a big mistake to not respond until after the deadline date.

We need to stop ordering from oversea companies that don't honor their return policy.

This company is a BIG expensive FRAUD! They lie and say they will give you refund only to continue to try to give you another fake wig even after sending it back to their USA 🇺🇸 Georgia address which is FAKE as well because they are really in CHINA selling Barbie Doll fake HD lace wigs. It’s not cheap but it’s beyond cheaply done and the lace is white and a thick material no way anyone can use these wigs. They also lie to people when you ask for a refund and keep trying to give 10, 15, 20 dollars and get this even after I sent the wig back they asked if they can send me another wig when they promised me if I sent it back I would get a refund so now I’m out of over $200. These people are laughing and such a joke

Needless to say I’m about to get them shut down if you have the same issue please write a review now

I have complained about this company before I purchased a so called HD wig the lace was FAKE it was some cream colour even my hairdresser laughed this was purchased in the beginning of may 2021 after asking these people for a refund and them trying to bribe me to keep it offering me 10 dollars then 20 dollars who does that they finally revealed their returns details so I could send this joke of a wig back that’s before asking me to remove my review from trust pilot which I of course refused the problem is I paid £19 postage for their false advertising of HD lace I have been tracking this parcel since I returned it on the 20/05 /21 surprisingly it states my wig is in china pending there has been no updates on the tracking since the 3rd June even their postal system is dodgy please watch out for these wig companies especially this Jessie’s selection I don’t know where these people get their pictures from all I know when the item comes it’s a joke what they send you I have just emailed this company as they have not heard from me in a while and were probably glad letting them know they need to investigate where the parcel is from their end because trust they will be paying me back my money

First of all they have amazing customer service. My package was supposed to be delivered a certain day but I didn't receive it the date specified. Customer service contacted me before I could contact them about my order (even though it wasn't their fault) I did receive my order the following day and when it was marked as delivered they reached out to make sure it truly was. When I opened the box the packaging was so cute! It came in a box put in a gift bag the bundles where nice and neat and it came with free lashes and a wig cap. The hair is beautiful and soft. It did have a slight smell to it but all you have to do is wash it. I'll definitely be ordering from them again

I ordered a Brazilian human hair wig and received a synthetic wig that looks nothing like what I ordered for 231.00! When I informed them they told me to use organic olive to separate curls and make it glossy now I’ve never had to do no human hair I’ve ever purchased like this. It’s trash! I asked for a refund and they are ignoring the question! Don’t buy this hair!

QUick and to the point. ordered a cute bob with bangs shoulder length and Shirley curls. Received ear length with curls no bangs. I don’t want my money back I would like the wig I purchased plus be accommodated with keeping the wrong one as well. Jessie thought I found a new spot. Another let down

Upon finding a chocolate color wig to my liking and asking Jessie if she could make the wig in a small cap to fit my small head I was amazed when she said yes! after contacting over 20 companies they all were unable to fulfill my request So can you feel my excitement! when she said yes I ordered the unit and it
arrived in only 8 days and fit perfectly! I had to cut and take up alll those other wigs Finally finding Jessie' was a God sent Not having to nip and tuck just so the other wigs from those other companies could somewhat fit The reviews I read were true My friends and i love the colors 16 inch length hair 180 density side part 13x5x1 lace the way it feels the price different styles you can create the communication between Jessie and myself thru e-mails and chats she keeps you in the loop however will shampoo and style just had to text Jessie and let her know And now you know I have found home for all my wig buying Did not take pictures now but will soon after install 5 Stars RJ in Al.

I love this wig it’s soft and nice no shedding. I’ll definitely buy from this company again!!! The lace is nice I love the band in the wig the shipping was great!!!
