Ordered a Trasman bunk, poor service.
Ordered a Trasman bunk. Lead time of 1-2 weeks, waited nearly 7 for delivery (after not being able to get through to their phone and then getting a response to an email) and was given excuses that they thought I asked for the item to be held which was inaccurate.
Damaged box and part. Contacted company but all they said they would do is log the issue once I got the part out of the box and got code. Difficulty getting part out of box myself due to weight of the packages so this took time. No offer of assistance or follow up to see if we had part number. Contacted them with code and heard nothing back. Very poor service considering the bunks aren’t cheap.
I paid upfront on the day in February, instore. There was all sorts of big same day delivery gestures when they acknowledged the delay and as I hadn’t someone coming that weekend to make them I said Monday would be ok. Spent Monday being lied to about delivery times. They rocked up close to 5pm with an original delivery time of before midday. The pleasant gentleman who finally delivered the items then said we were missing a part and had to come again another day. It was a ridiculous service. Don’t buy from them unless you have 2/3 months to spare, even if they say the item is in stock.
The instructions that come with the bunk are poor. Don’t include codes/part numbers for every part. You’ld want to be used to putting stuff together to find your way. Quality ok but not worth €799 I don’t think.
