Thank you Bob at Wilkes Barre location service department. I wouldn't trust any other mechanic to work on my car. My daughter drives this car and Bob always makes sure it is in the best, safest working condition. The entire service department is always friendly and accommodating.

Ok so when I went in to sign the paperwork they had my payments set up on the same week I get paid since I get paid biweekly then out of no where they switched weeks(mind you I had no idea)so when that payment was do(again didn't know they switched weeks)they blew my phone up all day at work..so I told them that if it's not on my week I get paid then the payment wouldn't be there till Friday the day after it's due since I work until midnight the night it's due and work 16hrs so can do before I go in again they were all good with that..the send my reminders that my payment is due lime 5 times on the day it is due again they know I can do anything till the next day because I work till midnight,so again they start harassing me blowing up my phone until I get out of work on Friday until I make my payment..yet I have never missed a payment and always pay on the Friday which they already had no problems with when I signed the paperwork for the car...i can't wait till it paid off..i can assure you I will not be using them again...very poor business

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The location in San Antonio, TX (north location) sold us a BROKEN vehicle. They rigged it up to make it off the lot and NINE DAYS later it wasn't running. It has been in and out of the shop SEVEN times in FOUR MONTHS. At least 5 of those times have been for the same issue, that issue being the car WON'T START. They are acting like its not a big deal. The sales manager, Alex, has been great. He listens to our issues and tries to resolve it. I wish he wasn't stuck in a crooked business. The service manager, Joey, smirks in our face when we drop it off again. Then they tinker with it, rig it up just right and say it's fixed. Well, when it breaks again from the same issue 2 days later, it's obviously not fixed. What I assume to be the general manager of the location, "Ram," is a condescending jerk. We tried stating what we are expecting and he belittled my husband and I repeatedly. All i want is a vehicle that starts reliably so i don't have to have my 5 month old baby and 6 year old child stuck stranded at the grocery store with a cart full of groceries, or my husband having to leave the vehicle at his work over night, all because this supposed "good, reliable, fixed" car won't start.

So someone named Troy calls me on an unknown number and says that he works for CNAC, and that he needed for me to verify that it is me.Okay Im a little irritated because this guys tone is that of a bill collector asking me if I want to make my car payment but he is just a reminder. Okay I got the text and I got the email why do I need 3 reminders last time I deal with them. I work in customer service who does this. Then he said sign up for autopay and you wont get a reminder so its do it our way and you wont get all these reminders.
These people are aweful
These people are aweful! Do not buy a car from them. They will say $1,000 down. Then trick you when they come in and say $2,000 down. Aweful, I made a payment one time and they didn't record it, then CNAC harassed me all day long. Don't use service either. It will take them 7 hours to diagnose your car, order the wrong part. They never transfer you when you call. You will be on hold for 20 minutes. Have to call back. Then they get made when you call back.
DO NOT BUY your car here. You can not trust these people. One BIG headache. Go somewhere else and say yourself the hassle.

Okay, I go into JD byriders today they're supposed to help you get into a car regardless of your credit and regardless of down payment they will work with you without anyting. But fortunately I am only four miles outside of their lending area for f****** miles they can't let go at 4 miles so therefore they can't help me they say. So if you are looking to buy a car from JD byriders I don't advise that you do that because if you live 60 miles armoire they will not get you in a car they will make you drive all that way for nothing just to tell you they can't help you when they knew my address from the beginning. They lie. I was told that they didn't need a trade and that people with not so good credit should get approved. Wrong on both counts. I spent two hours answering the same questions and then got turned down. That company can kiss my rear end. I will not reccomend them and will continue to rip them every chance I get. I am the beginning of my third year financing a van from JD Byrider and I would highly recommend them to anybody who may be having a hard time finding someone who will finance a vehicle. We had the pleasure of working with Steve who is actually the owner of that particular branch and I got to say he's a great guy!! They offer a 2 year warranty, discounted labor and $10 oil changes!! When nobody else wanted to help us they were more than happy to and I would highly recommend this place to anyone bad credit or not

AWFUL COMPANY-the vehicles they sell are terrible and break down fully within the first year. I bought my SUV from them less than a year ago: the transmission failed on the interstate, the windshield wiper motor failed during a storm, the battery died after they told me it was good, the a/c failed and blower motor stopped working, the tire light wouldn't go off and they put the wrong fluid in my transmission line during an inspect. I have had nothing but bad things to say about them from the day I drove off of the lot. Please don't think for a second that the service dept cares because they do not, unfortunately for me, I always pay my bill on time even when I have to pay over 3,000.00 for these repairs but NEVER EVER AGAIN. BUYER BEWARE!
