I had such high hopes 😭
I heard amazing things about this company and their clothes look absolutely stunning. I should have seen it as a red flags that I heard all of these amazing things from influencers on tiktok who all seemed to have 'paid partnership' labels.
Bear in mind this site is not cheap. Looking at the pictures on the website the clothes look great quality so I ordered myself a faux fur coat. When it arrived it instantly did not look like the photo. The colours were so dull and I know it was faux fur but it just felt really plasticy.
I then ordered a pink and white scarf at least I think it was white. It had tassels at each end and they were tinted with grey/beige and it almost looked dirty.
The final thing is honestly laughable. I ordered the most adorable looking heart-shaped handbag. I thought it was so cute I had to have it but when it arrived I was stunned. It was literally a heart shape with a handle, and a zip pocket in the back no bigger than a credit card. None of this was advertised on social media. Whenever the bag was shown it was always shown from the front and nothing was said about what the inside of the bag was like. Absolutely laughable.
Overall I had such high hopes but ended up so disappointed. It's such a shame because everything looks really amazing in the photos :( PLEASE read reviews of places before you order.

Looks great, feels poor
This is the first time I placed an order; I purchased a variety of items as its been a sale time and I was tempted.
On a positive side, the shape and cut of clothing is great, and the stitching/seams are professional and neat.
On a negative side, the fabrics are such a poor quality! They feel like plastic, mean sort of polyester at best, and yet advertised on their website as " 80% silk and 20% viscose"?? The actual labels on the garments stated " 80% rayon and 20% viscose", but, as above, I doubt either are correct. Most of my clothing ( from other brands) are cotton or linen or silk, so its easy to tell the difference.
I shall not be buying from them again, but if you dont mind that fabric feels like plastic, the actual look is great.
They don't wanna refund.
I’ve been a huge fan of this brand since I first saw their pieces in a US select shop. I finally placed an international order, but unfortunately, a few items didn't fit and I had to return them.
Everything was fine and they responded within 48hours until the return process started. Since I shipped the items back, they have completely stopped responding to my emails. I’ve been asking for an update for weeks . It feels incredibly dishonest to ignore a customer once a refund is involved. Truly disappointing experience.

I have ordered many times from Jayley. The clothes are exceptional. Delivery on the whole acceptable. Sometimes arriving within 48 of ordering other times waiting far too long. I suspect the problem here has sometimes been with EVRI their courier. I have never had to return any item-until recently. I retuned the item within 48 hours via first class Royal Mail and paid for "signed for."After three weeeks of hearing nothing - and no refund issued -despite messaging their customer service support I sent another e mail threatening to report the company to TRADING STANDARDS for "poor practice" regarding their returns policy. I am in the legal profession so am aware of customer rights.Within a few hours I received an e mail informing me of my refund - of which is now in my bank A/C. I will still continue to buy from Jayley I am a huge fan of their clothes but will remain wary of returning items in the future,

Caution!!! If you buy anything and it is faulty like the dress I recently ordered, they expect you to fund the return from your own pocket and then pay again for shipping of a replacement. You are therefore paying for the shipping of the item 3 times for something that is not your fault. (The stitched loop for the button was broken on arrival)

The company committed fruad by sending customs a wrong invoice saying that I had purchased Twenty five coats the same one same size and completely Ignoring all of my Emails regarding this problem .I sent proof of this from the courier UPS this has resulted in customs Bill for over Seven Hundred euros if that I do not owe this amount of money I should owe to customs around forty Euros if my Order is correct but unfortunately it's wrong as well missing a Jacket I also paid for on the invoice I am still being Ignored by the Company they will not answer my emails or fix the Mistakes I have not received my order or a refund a week later.Just Ignored is it because I live in Ireland not the UK.

Avoid avoid avoid!
Ordered a coat and then sent me the wrong coat - emailed them full details to state this and they said I would need to pay for the return - seems like an auto response. I’m sure humans run the business and not robots! I’m not paying for a return when I didn’t make the error and they sent the wrong item to me! Imagine asking the customer to pay out of their pocket for their mistake!?!?
No customer service - emailed photos of the coat they sent and what I ordered - even the invoice had the correct coat on but wasn’t in the box.
Commented and messaged on social media - totally ignored me and carried on posting to their stories. Just rude and disrespectful to customers. Now had to reach out to the bank as having no replies, no one contact me and was my first time using the website. I won’t be using again. I would stay well clear because if anything goes wrong - you won’t get any communication back from them. Appalling!
