This company is very good at lying and scamming people. They don’t deserve even part of a star because everything they say is false. Jewelry is not as pictured and is pure junk.
Beware its a scam
Took money, never received jewelry. One big scam
CUSTOMER BEWARE this is a scam site…
CUSTOMER BEWARE this is a scam site based in China. My earrings arrived today. They are not silver as advertised but are silver coloured. The return address on the package is a mailing address used by lots of other companies. I received at least daily messages from this company often contradicting previous ones!! What a mess. Potential customers STAY WELL AWAY.
Company is a scam the jewelry I ordered…
Company is a scam the jewelry I ordered was pure crap nothing like the pictures. Then I have spent over two month trying to get my refund. Meanwhile they wouldn’t give me the shipping address to send back to. So I sent it to the warehouse that I thought it came from. Then they told me it was not the right address and still never did. Has been offering 50% of my money back now for 2 months. So disgusted !! No money and no jewelry!! Don’t purchase. !!!!
This company (Chinese con merchants)…
This company (Chinese con merchants) need banning from scamming UK customers. Masquerading as being in Shepton Mallet. Ring arrived, it's cheap metal not silver. Really disappointed. These companies need banning. Why is nobody doing anything about this. I wish I'd read these reviews before I bought. I'm on a mission now to show these people up as much as I can.
Do Not Order from this Web-site!
My two transactions posted to my bank account on January 17, 2026. I have yet to receive my orders. I received tracking information that showed the order was sitting in Los Angeles on January 27, two weeks ago I emailed Jane, Joan & Judy requesting additional information and all I received back was more tracking information that showed the same information.

Don't buy anything from Susan Jewelry…
Don't buy anything from Susan Jewelry or from Joan, Judy and Jane....online....Cheap jewelry and altho they say you can return it if you don't like it....its impossible to return as you need a "code" , which they will NOT furnish to you. I made the mistake and ordered....don't fall for it!

Unhappy Customer
I ordered three rings & received them but one ring I want to return due to it looks cheap & is not like the picture online. I have not been able to get anyone to return my
phone call or emails. I'm very disappointed & will not
order again. I feel that Jane Joan & Judy is a scam!!
I ordered a ring and absolutely love it…
I ordered a ring and absolutely love it !! I usually don't write reviews. After reading SO MANY negative remarks and reviews I needed to share my experience. The purchased ring was a great price and I really liked the design. I ordered it. I got emails letting me know progress of the order. It arrived in a time frame that was reasonable. The ring was exactly as pictured the quality worth the price paid fit perfectly and I LOVE IT ❣️It in no way looks cheap or cheaply made. If you find a piece of jewelry on their website I highly recommend go for it !!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
I ordered rings from Janejoanjudy thinking it was truly an American company. The amount of time it took to get my order without proper communication indicated to me that it was probably from overseas - I tend to assume China, but who knows. I initiated a return for rings that did not fit. They asked for PICTURES, which I thought was ridiculous. I sent pictures of the product not fitting my finger, then thought - I should probably find out if they're legit. That's when I learned they were not legit. I told them I would report them to BBB. They gave me a code to redeem to order the correct size without returning the product I received. The code did not work. I told them, and they assured me they were working with their IT team to rectify the situation. I highly doubt it. Would NEVER buy from them again, even thought the rings were pretty.
Cheap Stuff. Trash worthly only
Took forever to receive my ring. I should have known this was too good to be true. Customer Service was absolutely horrible until I told them the "homemade" piece is crap and turned my finger green within a few days. Now they want photos of that. I pitched it in the trash. BUYER BE WARE. CHEAP STUFF. WASTE OF MONEY
BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE: Received my cross necklace, and in less than a week it turned color. It's cheap material that you could buy for a dollar at a flea market. I want my money back, but their return policy is that you must have not worn it, original receipt and original packaging. It came in a see-through small plastic baggie wrapped in bubble wrap (which probably cost more than the jewelry itself), so I'm stuck with it. BUYER BEWARE!!
Avoid at all cost
After I ordered 2 rings I saw reviews about this company to late . The rings arrived and the 3 ring set is just cheap rubbish the main stone isnt even set right . Ive contacted the do called company for a refund ( pigs will fly) but you never know .
Avoid this site
I wish I had read these reviews before…
I wish I had read these reviews before ordering! In spite of the stream of “feel good” emails during the “handcrafting process “, the final product I received is NOTHING LIKE the product I envisioned. Everything about it screams CHEAP. Purchased for Valentines, now I have to scramble to get a replacement, NOT HAPPY! Doubt I’ll be able to get a refund.
I placed an order and they took my $$ but no oroductd
I placed an order and they took my money immediately, but I have not gotten anything but a bunch of baloney about the delay. I guess I’m one of a lot of people who were scammed anything we can do at all
