Nice Rug and helpful staff
The web content is really nice and helps in selecting rug per one’s choice. Mohammed Salman has helped end to end over whatsapp - from order acceptance, payment processing, to keeping advised on the order status. The courier service was good, timely delivery. I received the rug as i thought. Am happy with the rug and the process.

Lost and found
I had ordered a rug and paid for express delivery so I could carry it overseas with me. I was quite put off to receive the wrong rug and the (nameless) customer service person who I was in whatsapp contact with initially, did not respond to messages.
Fortunately, Salman's name and number were listed on the website and he was quick to respond and follow through with tracking the missing rug.
Since I had run out of time to have the carpets swapped, I asked for direct delivery to my address overseas at no extra cost to me (Frankly, this should have been offered by the company).
I did need to send a few reminders but the final delivery was quick and efficient.
I am very pleased with the product and would consider purchasing again.

Standout Customer Service
Apart from a great product what stood out for me was the exceptional customer service experience delivered by Gaurav Vijay of Jaipur Rugs. The first carpet i bought shed a lot even after 4 months so when i raised the issue he arranged for a free pick up of carpet . I requested a replacement of a carpet i had selected that didnt shed and he arranged the whole replacement process, gave me a discount on the new one and arranged for fast and smooth delivery. The entire process took under 2 weeks and was extremely well done. Kudos to the team and a special shout out to Gaurav Vijay.
