We had an incredibly positive experience selling our home through Jackson-Stops Northampton. We couldn’t fault the service we received, from the initial valuation right through to completion.
We priced our home competitively and secured multiple offers within a couple of weeks, achieving the guide price. Sadly, we lost our buyer a few weeks later, but we went back to market and, once again, achieved the guide price within just a few days.

Sadie on reception was always incredibly helpful and efficient, particularly when arranging viewings and providing us with feedback. Ian Denton handled our sale, and we couldn’t recommend him more highly. He was professional, proactive and went above and beyond throughout the process.

We were buying an onward property through a different agent and, unfortunately, had a very poor experience with a lack of communication and proactivity. Ian was instrumental in helping to keep our onward purchase on track, regularly chasing the solicitors involved as well as our onward agent when necessary.

We recently sold our holiday home with Jackson Stops Cornwall. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent than Dan. Selling our property was quite a journey and he was brilliant throughout.

He went above and beyond for us, was persistent when he needed to be and kept everything moving and on track. He was always approachable, patient, reassuring and honest. No matter what cropped up, he was always at the end of the phone and made the whole process feel so much easier.

By the end of it, Dan genuinely felt more like a friend than our estate agent! He really does care and we’re so grateful for all the help and support he gave us throughout.

Jackson-Stops have recently sold our house for us and we downsized to a bungalow, also through them. They were so helpful every step of the way. We dealt with Rebecca, Chris and in the later stages Pip who helped us by chasing solicitors and ensuring the process worked as it should, after our solicitors closed their local office and enabling us to sign and have our contracts witnessed in their Reigate office. A fantastic team of people, highly recommended!

We set Jackson Stops the challenge of selling our house in a very difficult market. They produced good quality promotional material and posted effectively on the main sites. After a number of non starters they found us a cash buyer at the asking price. Throughout the staff were courteous and helpful.

Jackson-Stops, Cranbrook Branch recently sold my house. They were brilliant, helpful and great with communication which is rare these days. Rachel with whom I dealt with was lovely, so friendly and so patient with all the endless calls I made. They say selling your home is one of the most stressful things you can go through. Its no easy ride but I can only say that Jackson-Stops made it as easy and calm as it could be. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you live in Kent and you want to sell your house, they are your go to agent. Brilliant. If Trustpilot had 10 stars to hand out, then that is what I would give Alastair and his great team in Cranbrook.

The Chester branch is an utter waste of time, I enquired about some land and they couldn't be bothered to getting back to me, so if your thinking of selling find another estate agent, I wont be using them. So I will be contacting the land owner directly!

I have raised several concerns about one of their tenants, to Helen & the MD but nothing has been done. Emails are ignored or replied to months later with inadequate excuses, since they moved in in December 2025!
I am writing this review at 4 am, having been kept up until 11 pm with the 8 year old child screaming like a banshee again and now being woken up with him banging around the house!
I have lived at my property for four years, and the last year has been a total nightmare!

We sold our house through the Jackson-Stops, Bury St Edmunds office. We knew the staff there from the original purchase of the property and were so pleased with that experience that we chose them for the recent sale. The team in Bury St Edmunds were effective from day one. The marketing material was well thought out and very professional. The task of showing potential purchasers around the house, answering their questions and working with us to keep them well informed worked very well. As exchange and, ultimately, completion days came and went, the team shifted up a gear and it all happened in a blink of an eye. Working with Jackson-Stops was a pleasure, a 5-star experience.
