Do not use these people

Do not use these people. I was eventually successful in having my cash and holdings transferred to new brokers but the stress and time wasting were enormous. Having complained to the FCA they did nothing. Compliance at ITI agreed to compensation but no payment despite chasing the money. Utterly useless it seems young inexperienced people at ITI cannot fulfill their responsibilities. Do not give up pursuing your money !

Iticapital

The report side of the computer platform you get is complex and poor. Features are hard to find. I would love something simple like a traditional bank statement and contract notes, but while I am sure they are there I have not been able to find them. If anything the prices side of the platform is worse. I deal in traded options and orientating round the system is difficult. If I was a professional and used it all day every day I would be totally used to it and would almost certainly find it wonderful. But I am not a prefessional. I deal about once a month and each time is a struggle to re-learn what I learned the previous month. If it were user friendly I would double my usage of it. But it is not. So I use it a lot less than otherwise.

I find the people at the company are very goood at their job and very helpful

The dealing desk is on the whole a quick service. But corporate action and getting funds on time is not so easy. And this makes the whole experience difficult

I agreed my cash balance with iti…

I agreed my cash balance with iti before submitting my cash form andI got my cash back in October 2021 and as part of the form I requested my accounts be closed. Still waiting for these accounts to be closed and simple emails in April 2021 asking why my accounts aren’t closed are being ignored and not responded to. I can’t believe how inadequate the customer service at iti are. Avoid.

It’s been a week since I emailed about account closing and still no response. Relationship manager forwarded email to client services but still no response. Terrible service.

IN MY OPINION GIVE THEM A VERY WIDE BERTH!!!

WHY ARE MY PHOENIX ACCOUNTS STILL OPEN AFTER MULTIPLE REQUESTS TO CLOSE THEM???

WHEN WILL THE MISERY INFLICTED BY ITI CAPITAL END IF EVER!

Anyone considering joining should check them out with Companies House first.

In my opinion ITI must be getting desperate after all the negative reviews posted.

As for the 'invited' posts on Trust Pilot re. ITI Capital Ltd, I for one would not waste my time even if happy with their service unless offered a substantial inducement to post, such as free trades or other, why waste one's time, what would be in it for those posters!
People can draw their own conclusions.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING NON-EXISTENT LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO BE SUBJECTED TO!!!

Over the course of the last 10 months I must have sent over 50 emails, many often ignored, very stressful and time consuming.

I withdrew some cash many months ago, as it was clear ITI were going to to take forever to transfer my accounts. It was an horrendous experience. I had to jump through various hoops, a laborious task of downloading a pdf form, fill it and email it back along with a recent pdf bank statement, very time consuming.

I then had to send various emails as to why I had not received my cash, I even resorted to submitting another withdrawal form as the first one appeared to have been ignored. Eventually I received an email response after out of desperation I emailed the Russian part owner of the business who then instructed a manager to phone me to resolve the matter, he did/it was, but all in all it took about 2-3 weeks to receive my cash.

All other brokers etc to my knowledge and in my own experience have automated systems which makes the process fast and efficient not the archaic antiquated system ITI Capital used.
WHAT DECADE/CENTURY ARE THEY OPERATING IN?

TRANSFERRING OUT
It gets worse, has taken nearly 6 months to transfer out. Out of the two accounts the cash element transfers to the new broker one arrived within 10 days after showing on my PX statement as having been transferred out, £100.
The other account cash transfer to the same broker had a large amount £10's thousands which was avoidably delayed.

The new broker repeatedly over the course of several weeks said they had not received it, I sent several time consuming emails to ITI Capital asking where it was, ITI repeatedly said it had been sent effectively blaming the other party.

Bring on the Chuckle Brothers,..'from me to you, you to me' at the same time doing the hokey cokey.
With no end in sight, I was becoming exasperated, very stressed, why were ITI holding onto my cash!

Then the new broker confirmed that the transfer according to ITI was complete,..but it wasn't, where was my cash!!!

It then transpired the second cash transfer according to the new broker was missing a digit and it had been rejected. Several emails later and ITI admitted it had never been sent but couldn't give a reason why, even after I pointed it out!, it was staring them in the face. Truly shocking. It took 5 weeks longer than it should for my cash to transfer to my new broker.

Having now fully transferred out I wrongly assumed they would close my accounts as in my experience that is what happens, BUT NO my Phoenix accounts remain open.

Several emails later requesting my accounts be closed the complaints handler initially wanting not to close them but mark them as 'inactive' relented and was sending instructions to close them to their 3rd party provider. Lo & behold 4 weeks later they are still open, fully functional.

More emails sent as to why they have NOT carried out what they said they would, still waiting for a reply!

I have ongoing cases with the FOS against ITI Capital Ltd. Suggest those who have not accepted compensation off ITI do likewise.

Because of the problems ex-SVS clients have had with ITI Capital, the FCA on the 16 December 2020 placed restrictions on ITI taking on new cash from new clients.

In addition, the firm has also been prohibited from referring SVS clients to claims management company SJS Legal, or seeking seeking fees from referrals to that business.'

I have been buying shares through your…

I have been buying shares through your organisation(various previous owners)
over a good many years. Over much of the past 2 years I have with much difficulty transacted a small number of of purchases/sales with the help of your staff. I find the process extremely cumbersom and difficult and have virtually given up trying to do business.

WISH I CAN GIVE NO STARS

I am also an ex-SVS client who was sold out to these people.
Previous reviews have summed up mine. I have been waiting for my cash withdrawal request to be processed for a month. How on earth can they operate in the UK is a mystery.
Next course of action is to escalate the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service and contact Mr Tony Hetherington a Journalist at Mail on Sunday for his help

Avoid like the plauge

My wife's SVS account was transferred here by default. Their systems are practically unusable. Everything can be done electronically except cash withdrawl. You need to send passport id, bank statement and form ny email YES EMAIL. Just the medium for someone to intercept this and clone your identity. I wonder if I can get ITI Capital liable for losses due to this procedure. They have sent her a postal address to send the docs to. So everything is online except when you want your money back. Cowboys! (or another SVS in the making). Take your money and run.

Wed 21st April 2021: Thanks for the reply. It is my wife's account so I cannot hand over details without her consent. In any case, this is your company policy, so I do not know what you can do about it. She also told me that having submitted the forms there is no ETA for when she would receive the cash. It is all symptomatic of a company trying to hold onto customer funds as long as is legally possible. Another sign of a weak firm - so the more profits you make from trading, the more afraid you should be perhaps?

Ex SVS funds return

As an ex SVS customer I have been trying to have the money that was moved to ITI Capital returned using email and phone calls. I have now submitted a request for cash withdrawal as described in the FAQs on their website and hope this will work!

Worst company ever

Me and wife, both ex-SVS customers. Extremely poor service from ITI capital, no response to emails and calls. We have requested transfer out in November 2020. Still waiting to get shares and funds transferred to ii.co.uk

Long Term Customer

Have been a customer a long time and through previous interations - ODL, FXCM, Walbrook.
I only rarely trade, but when I have I've found staff helpful - although sometimes it's difficult to get hold of someone.
I've not had a problem with getting cash out - the paper form can easily be scanned and e-mailed.
I would recommend ITI develop a PDF operator manual explaining in detail the system functionality and "how to do".

I've been with ITI Capital for many…

I've been with ITI Capital for many years now though more recently I've been active and have been able to speak with their great dealers.

Pros:
Very wide platform of instruments to choose from.
Dealers are great to speak with.
I like the software though would prefer more charting.
Cons:
Customer service could do with improving.
