It would be 5, but it's coming 2 or 3 days late. Other than that best flea treatment. The worm tablet is a problem as my cat spits it out. I find it all over. Nothing works so as he swallows it. In his treats he licks around it and the tablet gets left lying in his bowl.

I paid for 4 orders and non arrived . i did contact customer service and they only refunded me for 2.
A total waste of time. The lady at customer service told me nothing more she could do. So I basically paid for products I didn't receive.

I can see our team refunded the last two orders for you and advised to dispute the further two orders with your bank, as we had not been made aware of any order issues in four months, and we must be made aware of any missing orders within 30 days of this not arriving. I can see that you did mention you had tried to contact us, but this was not received by us as there is no evidence of prior communication on our side.
We apologise your orders did not arrive, and again advise disputing the first two orders with your bank.

Super easy to find what I wanted, love that it’s delivered so I never miss a treatment and great that when one type of product wasn’t working for us an alternative was suggested, fab all round!

I have 2 cats which go outdoors and…
I have 2 cats which go outdoors and unfortunately this doesn't seem to be working. This is month 3 and they still have flees.
I groom my cats every other day with a nit comb and get at least 3 /4 flees off each cat every day - different sizes.
Its a shame because its handy to have them delivered but I will be cancelling and trying something else.

We are very sorry to hear this doesn't seem to be working for you. It is not unusual to see more fleas on your pet after applying the treatment as the Fipronil makes them hyper active and they rise to the top of your pets fur, which can of course be a tad itchy.

I ordered from Itch a while back but…
I ordered from Itch a while back but then stopped my subscription for a while. I then restarted this week and ordered both flea and worm treatments. My order arrived and unfortunately the worm treatment was missing. I contacted them through Whatsapp and was responded to quickly by Nicky who was extremely helpful and apologetic. The wormer was sent out Next day delivery and also included a little apology note with 2 free packs of their cat treats. This was very thoughtful and kind to do, a lovely little gesture! Both of my cats love them too! Thank you! :-)

Great Company. Having my Cats flea treatment sent in the post monthly gives me peace of mind (i sometimes forget) my Cat is allergic to fleas so having the treatment each month is a must. You can also message itch through WhatsApp which is nice to have some advice if needed.

Purchased through TopCashback as they had a good deal on and signed up for flea treatment. The treatment wasn’t very effective, but we thought we would give it time. Tried three months worth and weren’t getting results so cancelled the subscription. Itch then cancelled the TopCashback incentive which was really naughty as we weren’t in breach of the terms. Load of money spent and a waste of time.
