From beginning to end I have to say I had an amazing experience with Istanbul Vita. Everyone was very kind and professional and that started when I first contacted the clinic and spoke to Selina. She put me at ease from the very beginning and guided me through the process every step of the way. She quickly answered every question I had and was there to greet my wife and I when we arrived at the clinic for the surgery. The surgery, as expected, was about 7 hrs long so it was a little rough on my neck and back but the surgery itself was painless. The recovery had been great and the staff leaves you with a hair wash and very detailed care instructions for the journey home on the day after the surgery. I’d recommend İstanbul Vita Clinic and Selina to anyone who is ready to take the leap!

The best proof of quality is a clinic that corrects a bad job done elsewhere. The fact that Istanbul Vita was chosen to correct an "artificial-looking" or "low-density" result from a cheaper clinic is of paramount importance.

I was impressed by the prep work at Istanbul Vita. They actually use a microscope to sort the grafts into different groups after extracting them. The doctor explained that they save the finer, single-strand hairs specifically for the hairline so it doesn't look like a 'pluggy' row, and they keep the thicker ones for the crown where you actually need the bulk. It felt much more like a custom design than just a 'count-the-grafts' factory.

I went with Istanbul Vita for my FUE because I was worried about donor depletion, I've seen too many people get cleared out at the back. My main requirement was a conservative graft count. The doctor actually sat down and did the math on my density before we started. The local anesthesia was pretty brutal for the first 10 minutes, but the rest of the day was fine. Im at month 7 now. Density looks consistent and the extraction sites aren't visible even with a shorter fade. Its a solid option if you're more worried about donor health than total coverage.

I am writing this review 3 weeks after my procedure. I had an excellent experience with all the staff at Vita. Rafia was great to communicate with prior to arrival. She was present to answer all my question along the way and during my visit. Transportation and accomodation were top notch. Private transportation was just as expected. Marriott Asia is a great place to stay, just a few minutes away from clinic.

Our experience with Istanbul Vita was excellent from the start to finish. The doctors and nurses were professional and very empathic. Our translator Oana went beyond and above her duties to make us feel comfortable, to understand the surgery and post op cares, to have transportation available and all the needs fulfilled. Dr. Ayhan made sure that all follicules where implanted in the right angle and in the right proportion. A clockwork job on precision.
A very special thanks for the two technicians Aysel and Fadume that worked tireless to execute the job and made me laugh so many times.

It's been 10 days since I had my transplant. I found a professional team attentive to my needs. Turkey is a leader in hair transplants, but this clinic specializes in this surgery. My interpreter (Sara) was truly excellent in helping me clarify any doubts with the operating team. Now I'll wait for the result, which I expect to be truly excellent.
