Extremely disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing experience. The management makes promises they cannot keep. Once they take your money, customer support becomes almost non-existent. The software has failed to deliver on its basic functions and completely falls short of the expectations set by its pricing and marketing claims.

Save yourself the frustration — even basic manual methods would be more reliable than relying on this poorly managed product.

Software purchased on Aug 2025 till date not handover to me and no response also.

Very helpful software for salons and…

Very helpful software for salons and user friendly. Really appreciate the response of Mr Vivek for his quick response and resolve issues. Today i learnt a lot from him about the Mobile app and back office during training.
