An awesome selection of herbs and spices including some I've never heard of so going to give them a try! Very informative team who are very happy to make cooking suggestions and share their knowledge of the spices. Won't be going to the supermarket for my herb & spice needs in the future. Ordered some iron sulphate in early August and was told the item had been dispatched on the 8th august but no mention of the name of the courier or any tracking number. Item has never arrived. I have rung the company twice and left messages on their answerphone as no answer, I have also emailed twice but with no response whatsoever! I am therefore astounded by some of the reviews who praise their customer service! My next step is to contact my card provider to inform them of the situation and ask for a refund from them against this company. I would never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone I knew. I find it exceptionally rude that they have not responded in any way or let me know of the courier or tracking number so the item can be traced back. I would have given them no stars if I had the option!

I have been using their borax for my final project at uni and they have been instrumental in helping me achieve this. They have fast delivery, always coming sooner then expected, and when it stopped selling on eBay they were able to help me immediately when I needed some urgently and I received it the next day. The customer service was wonderful and knowing there is such a great company supporting the work I have been doing has really helped me to push through in the final weeks of my degree!

I purchased an industrial cleaning/degreasing product from Intralabs. The service provided was excellent and the product was delivered as promised and wholly as advertised. The staff were only too helpful to provide advice on the use of the product and alternatives for various tasks being undertaken around the household. I would recommend this Company unreservedly. Got a mixed selection of herbs and spices. They are all top quality and very concentrated. Intense flavours and aromas. Only the smallest amount needed to lift any dish, which makes them excellent value for money. It’s clear that only the very best part of each plant is used.

Recently bought some products to try. I was so happy with the products and blown away with Borax!
I have an elderly dog who sometimes makes a mess on my rug, fed up with washing it and a stain is left, well this time rubbed in the Borax and it came out good as new! I also put some in the washing machine with my sons white shirts and they came up like new! I was so impressed and highly recommend getting some! Nige was a gem on the phone and products arrived the next day, it's very hard these day's to find a company who care about customers! Looking forward to trying new products to try, i heard they do bath and face products too so will be trying those soon. If you have an elderly dog or kids with school shirts do try the Borax! Game changer!!!

Was accidentally sent the wrong product, twice, but each time I called to let them know, it was no problem at all and a replacement sent out right away.
The second time it happened they made extra sure to get it right (and did) and even threw in an additional product to make up for the mix up.

Good product, great customer service, will buy again.

Ordered some Intralabs products via Ebay which Royal Mail failed to deliver. Nigel at Intralabs sent me a replacement order immediately so I'm already a happy customer. Now the lost order has finally turned up and Intralabs don't event want me to sent it back, despite me offering. I cannot speak too highly of the customer service I've received. Great products too! I'll definitely use Intralabs again, and again!
